I arrived the day of my check-in, and during the process, two ladies were helping with check-in. I just asked if the bakery store Paris Baguette was far from my location. One of them told me that the store was located downtown and that it was a 15-minute drive. Then she asked where I was originally from because I have "very very heavy access." I asked what she meant by that, and her answer was to repeat the same remark. For someone who travels as much as I do, I felt that her comment was inappropriate. I would like management to teach the staff about cultural diversity.

Town place was absolutely disgusting, very updated I open a cabinet to get a plate and it was a live roach, the couch had 2 small throw pillows they had black stains as well as my bed pillow. Staff was friendly and I didn’t care to complaint because I drive 6 hours for my sons surgery and o was exhausted and ready to get some rest and hit the road next morning but it was rough I will never stay here again do.

Staff was amazing from the checkin to breakfast to the housekeeping and operational staff. Breakfast was good every morning. Everyone was so nice and accommodating. We had a 2 bedroom suite and it was like a small apartment.
