we were warned that a train ran behind the hotel, and that was no problem, but i have a suggestion. our king room had a little desk area with 3 panels of frosted glass which overlapped a little. that was the only thing that vibrated and made a rattling noise when the train passed by, it was very annoying and a very easy fix for the hotel.

Management Problem

You have a management problem at your hotel. Not enough help and your check in person has a bad attitude. She was never at the front desk on many occasions. Many people including us waiting over 20 minutes to check in after a long day on the road. Fix your management problem!!

This is a really nice hotel. I really wish it was completely No SMOKING! They have a smoking area in front of the building. Every time I walked to my car I was hit in the face with NASTY Discussing Cigarette Smoke. This will be why I won’t stay at this hotel again. Besides the NASTY SMOKERS it’s a very nice hotel.

Train Warning

Overall our stay was ok. The hotel is located right next to a train track. So, at 4 am we were awoken by a train and it took a long time to get our baby to go back to sleep. Also, the TV in our room did not work. They informed us there was no maintenance man on site, so there was nothing they could do.
