The rental was very clean, in a quiet area with easy parking. The private courtyard area was nice but it was mostly too hot to relax out there (end of May). The layout was good and we were comfortable using all rooms. The living room furniture and beds were very comfortable. There is a 3rd small room with twin bed which we didn't use. We had a small maintenance issue but Southern Belle was very responsive and had the repair completed by the time we returned home a few hours later.Our main issue relates to the poorly stocked dinnerware. There were only 6 large plates (that barely fit into the microwave), 4 small cereal bowl, 2 larger serving bowls, 2 small glass leaf-shaped plates, about 6 glasses and coffee mugs each - certainly inadequate if rented for maximum occupancy. For 3 of us, we were doing dishes every other day.The interior floors are wood and are very slippery, however the owners provide a fair number of area carpets throughout which helps. We travel with some yoga mats and small rugs and we definitely needed to use these as well.The home has 3-4 brick steps up to the main door, but they are not uniform depth across and so it is a little awkard for someone with mobility issues. Access to courtyard is through an interior staircase connecting the downstairs and upstairs units, with about 4-5 steps from the lower unit. Stairway has the same flooring as inside the unit, thus it was very slippery and could not be used safely.Overall enjoyed our stay.
