Hard to believe that this world is filled with people with no hearts
I never leave reviews like this. But need to be honest because I’m very hurtful and extremely disappointed with the way things were handled. We arrived to Savannah from PHL, unfortunately, we needed to leave a day earlier because I had a death in a family, and we had to rush home to be with my family and to attend a funeral. We left exactly one full day earlier, I wrote, explained the situation . I got several replies, saying that rules are rules, and no exceptions. All I asked for, was a reimbursement for one day, since we left a day earlier, again, to attend unexpected funeral. We had to jump in a car and drive for 16 hours, devastated, in tears, heartbroken. In extremely nice way I asked For reimbursement for one day. Yes I know rules are rules, but there are always exceptions in this world. It’s hard for me to believe that people are so mean, with no sympathy, no feelings with the situation I was going through, and still going through. How can this be? I am beyond crushed. I was asked to provide the details who died, how were they related to me, and even documents. Again, with extremely difficult time I provided an obituary. All I asked for was reimbursement for one day, I would not even ask for that, but I need to help financially with the funeral arrangement. I also had two more trips in Savannah, that I had to cancel, those people refunded me right away without even asking any unnecessary questions. Nine days later, today I finally got an Answer - NO REIMBURSEMENT
