The house is located on the garden plot of the landlord at the edge of the forest of Stubnitz. It is 48 m² in size and offers a wonderful view over the city of Sassnitz and the Baltic Sea. In dem gemütlichen kleinen Haus fehlt es an nichts. Es ist wirklich alles vorhanden. Absolutes Highlight ist der Blick auf das Meer bei Tag und Nacht.
