3rd time of staying, 1st time the breakfast was cold, didnt complain, 2nd time breakfast still cold, I then lodged my concerns on a review. Got convinced to stay again which I did as I got told that the breakfast would be up to standard, also got 2 free Cappucinos. Well lo and behold the breakfast came out looking like it had been around for a while the bacon looked charred and the hash browns were stodgy. The staff took it away and made me a fresh bacon sandwich, on my request, that was hot and edible. While getting into our room my wife noticed that the countertop where there is coffee making facilities was not cleaned it had sticky coffee marks over it plus a plastic top of some description was left on the floor. Not a great stay I expected a liitle better especially when they knew I was coming back.
