The property wasn’t a clean as it could/should have been. Also my wife is blind and we were not advised of the number of stairs required to access the unit and also to access the pool.
The furnishings were quite uncomfortable . The porch was lovely and all of the appliances were fine and worked

Nice Condo. Double and queen bed rather then 2 queen beds as advertised . Master bath was large but shower leaked. Second bathroom had an unusually high sink with old taps. Uncomfortable living room furniture. Fabulous large porch area. Nicely equipped kitchen. Small briquette bbq. Was more expensive than other more modern condo units with no discount for 1 month say. Beautiful pool area with 360 view of Coco. Safe area and security over night. Short 10 minute walk to many restaurants, downtown and beach. Well maintained property with beautiful vegetation. It was clean and well equipped and the property manager was great. Answered questions immediately.
