Perfect Trip for Family

We had a wonderful stay at CView! We were even dampened by flooding due to Tropical Storm Debby and SeaBreeze provided us an extra night stay at no charge when we couldn’t get out. House is perfect for group beach vacation!

Family weekend getaway

The bathrooms were stocked with shampoo, conditioner etc the kitchen was very well stocked with pots pans, utensils, dishes etc The kitchen also came with a small packet of cleaning supplies.

Perfect location!

C View was an excellent location for our girls weekend. The kitchen was well stocked and everything was exactly as described. Wonderful outdoor space and to the beach was great. Speaking of the beach, it’s beautiful!

Well equipped beautiful house.

This house was perfect. It is well equipped for a lot of people. The pool is beautiful, and the backyard in general was awesome. Also, the location is great because you could walk to the beach which is three blocks away. The only suggestion I have, is to provide a big canopy to take to the beach, umbrellas don't do it for a big group of people.

What a Gem!

We had an amazing time and the house was perfect. Great open space! The layout was great too since we were traveling with multiple families and it gave everyone their own space. The backyard and pool were perfect. We saw manatees from the dock a few times! Having the beach wagon, chairs, etc. was a huge plus! Just a short walk to the beach. It was our first time in Anna Maria Island and we will be back, and likely to this house!

Perfect for multiple families and amazing backyard!

We absolutely loved our stay at C-View. The house was perfect for 2 families and had a great layout. The backyard was so much bigger than expected and had so many options for seating/gathering. We spent many evenings sitting on the couch outside, and afternoons hanging out at the dock. The pool was a hit with everyone and was bigger than many you find. The house was open and had a nice layout with pocket doors to help separate the rooms from the main living space. The kitchen had plenty of tools, etc so we felt that we were well stocked to cook what we needed. The only downside to the kitchen was the dishwasher, which was just not cleaning as well as it should. We didn't let it bother us though. I think it just needs a tune-up. But that was really our only complaint. The amount of pool and beach toys and chairs and the wagon were an absolute godsend! It's like a 6 minute walk to the Cypress beach access point, which was easy for us with younger kids (4-8) and all our gear. The beach was perfect - not too crowded in that area either. Bean point is like a 10-15 minute walk, North shore cafe is like 10 minutes walk. All to say it's a GREAT location. It truly is a little gem. Thank you for sharing it with us.

Fabulous, well appointed home

There were 9 adults in our group and we found the home to be lovely, spacious and well appointed. We had a few very minor issues and the rental agency was very prompt and attentive. The home is clean, well furnished and boasts a very well equipped kitchen with everything you need. We would love to stay there again. We enjoyed seeing egrets and geckos by the pool and manatees off the dock. Word of advice - don't forget to press the alarm button before going out to the pool or the alarm will sound and don't leave the door open long. LOL Great pool safety feature and glad it's there for the safety of little ones.

Family vacation

We had a wonderful family vacation with three generations of our family from 7 mos. to 70 yo. The house perfectly met all our needs. The beach is an easy walk and the canal was a delight to our grandchildren who saw manatees and ‘flying fish’. Everything was be fine our expectations. Thank you!

Perfect for multigenerational family

Everything was as advertised. Smooth check in and really ideal layout for a group with different time tables and schedules. That said there was great indoor and outdoor communal space for gathering all at once. Nice quiet locale with a very short walk to lovely part of the beach.

Family Vacation

We had a great time! Everything was as pictured and my kids enjoyed the pool. It was great to have the closet full of beach chairs, sand toys, boogie boards, and a wagon to pull the gear. (There is not an umbrella.) Although, it is walking distance to one of the beaches, we ended up driving because the part of the beach we wanted to go to would have been a little far to walk. We liked the beach that was near the Sandbar restaurant the best.

Sea breeze at Anna Maria Island

The house was beautiful and plenty spacious for 3 families of 6 adults and 4 children ages 5-10. The kitchen was well stocked for all our cooking needs including all grilling outdoors. The pool was lovely and the outdoor sitting and eating area was perfect. And I can’t forget the closet of beach toys, chairs, and floats-so convenient and helpful!! Would definitely return to this house!! Wonderful vacation!!!

Nice place foe a family

The property management company was exemplary. They responded quickly to all of our needs. The home was very clean and spacious, as was the outdoor living area and pool. The landscaping is beautiful. The beach access was really close. Some of the furnishing are pretty worn. We ran out of some of the provided basics pretty quickly. The miniature supply of paper towels, dishwasher and laundry detergent. Don’t expect any typical Items found in most rentals, like plastic wrap, foil or anything like that. Make sure to rent your own beach umbrella‘s nearby. The ones provided where not adequate. Pick up a styrofoam beach cooler at Publix. The beach chairs, toys and noodles were really nice to have. Lots of good parking!

Girls Weekend

We had a small group of family and friends get together to celebrate a bride-to-be. This house was exactly what we needed- plenty of beds, lots of open space for us to hang, and the pool/ outdoor area was so nice to sit and relax! We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect for a Girls Trip

Finding this house was a stroke of luck, and it was perfect for our needs. The layout with two 2-bedroom suites sharing a bathroom plus a master bedroom was perfect. We loved having the pool and outdoor furniture for lounging. The house was close walking distance to shops and restaurants as well. We had a fabulous time.

Great stay place and spacious

The house was fine. Suggestions—you should install handrails in baths for older people. Also the washer door was broken. I suggest you update your pictures on internet as they don’t do it justice. The pictures make the common area of kitchen,dining, and living room look smaller than it is. Had great time and would stay again.

Sun and fun-girls getaway

From the moment we walked in and saw the wine and cookies waiting for us, we knew we were in for a great trip. The home was very clean, kitchen well appointed, and the back yard pool heaven sent. We all agreed we will be back again. Definitely the place to stay.

All around awesome!

Great two weeks at AMI, huge bonus to be both near the beach and on an inlet. Loved manatee and dolphin watching! Excellent communication and attentiveness by owner and property manager. Not a single complaint. We will be back!

Spacious, beautiful backyard, close to beach

This house was an amazing home away from home located in paradise. The house was spacious and beautifully decorated with all the amenities. The backyard was secluded with a great pool that was shaded all morning and the huge umbrella over the seating area made it perfect for outdoor living. The walk to the beach was closer than expected! My only caution is that the water at the dock is shallow (1ft at low tide).
