Check-in was wonderful. When we got to the outside of our room, the hallway smelled like urine. Our room was clean, but older. We noticed some holes in our sheet and in the morning noticed holes in the heavy light blocking curtain. We slept well, but probably will not stay here again.

This place was the worst we have ever stayed. The front desk clerk, didn't care. From the moment we walked in he hardly acknowledged my presence. Some other guest arrive later and running and yelling up the hall right outside our room for 45 mins. I went to ask the clerk for another room and he said they were full and "his hands were tied" There was nothing he could do. He said the people would probably settle down anyway. We literally were there a total of 3 hours from check in, went to dinner, came back and CHECKED OUT at 9pm. I got only 2 days refund but we want the other day also. We are contacting the management company. DONT GO THERE.

I never received room cleaning in my three day stay, even after requesting. I was told, "I will yry and get some to your room." The hall way carpet was very worn. My initial room was found to be dirty and i was given a second room.
Door had tissue stuck in the peephole.
