Bed was awful

The place had great reviews, unfortunately we were disappointed. The bed was awful, I’ve slept on sofa beds that were more comfortable. The air conditioning kept having to be turned down as the temperature wouldn’t stay down. And the door was a struggle, the automatic lock would not engage at the same time the door knob was properly closed. We also ruined sockets on the flooring in the bathroom, the warped vinyl plank.

Conveniently Located Home in Sarasota

This home is located close to museums, airport and downtown Sarasota. A short walk to Indian Beach - we really enjoyed our stay!

Flooring through out the unit was a trip hazard. Should not be a VRBO because people live upstairs in the house, ant problem.

10 mins to downtown Sarasota area, 20-30 to Siesta Key. Problems with key pad for checking in at first (numbers on door wouldn’t light up), but was remedied by manager.

Great place with awesome host!

We really enjoyed our stay. The host was very responsive, immediately solving the few problems we had with access. Wes kept in touch and went over and beyond when I left a couple of items behind to send them to my home. We rented ebikes for the week and were able to get almost anywhere easily. Highly recommended!

Nice property but we wish we could have gotten partial refund fund for havig the stay cut short due to the evacuation for the hurricane. A little disappointed that no effort was made by the owners to do this.

Great location

Easy to find. Good parking. Walking distance to the beach, and a nice neighborhood to walk through to the beach but the beach area is very small. Lock box code didn’t work for check in so called emergency number and received a quick call back and easy instructions to get a key.

Indian Beach rental.

Great location in a lovely, walkable, shady neighborhood right off of Tamiami Trail. Close to both downtown and St Armand’s. Spotlessly clean, quiet and comfortable. We struggled with the TV. Loads of streaming options, button next to no sports programming and access was difficult. My husband ended up watching March madness on his iPad. We had the first floor unit, so easy move in & move out. Steep steps lead to the second floor, so be sure about which unit you are renting.

Great place!

This house was perfect! Close to downtown and just 15-20 minutes to Siesta Key. Owner was super responsive to some minor needs. Loved neighborhood as 2 streets down was beautiful street near the water. great for running, walking, biking. I would stay here again!

Nice place, conveniently located.

Clean apt, well appointed, nice kitchen. Convenient to the airport, to the Ringling museum. Convenient to food shopping and pharmacies. An easy drive to downtown, and to public access beaches. The property manager is responsive via text messages to questions.

cute place & great location

This unit was very nice and nicely decorated. We had an issue with the unit above us leaking in to our bathroom. I contacted the owner and he responded quickly. The location was great for us, half way between the airport and Lido beach with a Walmart Market, dollar store & CVS/Walgreens at the end of the street. A little disappointed that the coffee maker was a small 5 cup machine - with 3 adults that drink coffee, we had to make quite a few carafe's each morning.

Great getaway

A friend and I needed a little easy getaway and this was perfect. Easy access/short drive to beaches, restaurants and shopping. If you’re on the ground floor note that the upstairs can be a bit noisy.

It’s a good location to get easily to any part of Sarasota.

The unit has all the things you will need for your stay. The owning company is not local of unit but management company who you get referred to are very responsive to gain access and get all details you need for stay. Although the listing shows only parking for one car the driveway is long enough to accommodate two with ample space for the people staying in the other unit.

Short Stay In Sarasota

We really enjoyed our stay at this property while recently vacationing in Sarasota. It was super clean, comfortable, and well appointed. The location suited our needs but the neighborhood had a few rundown homes here and there that I noticed while walking our dog. The master bed was super comfortable and we appreciated the ceiling fan. The bathroom and shower were nice and having the complementary bath products was a nice touch. The only improvement would be to have working outside lights and to add more weatherstripping to the front door so you don’t see daylight shining through. Other than these minor issues our stay was great and we would definitely consider staying here again. Thank you!
