Good accommodation in the old market quarter

Our room was small for three nights, but comfortable enough. Good value for such a centrally placed hotel. Excellent breakfasts and welcoming staff, especially as it was Ramadan.

Nice place, but a few concerns.

The hotel has a great location and the rooms are nicely decorated, clean and comfortable. However there were problems with my booking as the hotel apparently didn’t receive any information about it from Hotels.com and subsequently I had to move to a different hotel (without paying) after one night. Hard to say who was to blame though, but the service was not too good. Also, I was disappointed at the false advertisement of “free parking”. There were no such thing. They had a parking space that customers could possibly use, but because my reservation wasn’t in their books I could not use it. Instead, I had to pay 13 euros per night at the nearest parking garage. I think it would have been a decent thing from them to offer to cover these costs, but they did not.

Nahe zu Altstadt

Das Hotel in einer kleinen Seitenstrasse ist etwas schwer zu finden. Jedoch ist die Lage für den Besuch der Altstadt perfekt. Sehr gutes Frühstück im angeschlossenen Kaffee.
