Really love this hotel as it’s only 5 min walk to Sapporo station and about 18 min walk to Sapporo tv tower. The staff is friendly, the hotel and room is clean and new. The breakfast has quite a good spread and is delicious. Enjoyed the public bath too.

Our family of four absolutely loved our stay at this hotel! The staff were exceptionally courteous and attentive, making us feel truly welcome. Everything was spotlessly clean, and the 7-minute walk to the train station made getting around incredibly convenient. Breakfast was simply heavenly—delicious and satisfying every morning. The onsen was immaculate and so relaxing, a perfect way to unwind. We would definitely return in the future! If there’s one thing we wished for, it would be more washer/dryer units to accommodate guests more efficiently. Thank you!

Clean room with friendly staff

Conveniently located near Sapporo subway. The room is small, after opening luggage left with small space to walk. There are 3 washing machine at Level 2, have to queue to use during peak time like after 9pm. Although we can check the status of the washer in the room TV, but still need to go there to put our laundry bag to queue. One cycle is 2hr for wash & dry. The hotel staff is very friendly and patience in answering my question.

Wow! I’d give it more stars if I could! The rooms are gorgeous and have lots of space. Comfy beds, great care products too. The breakfast buffet was amazing also-lots of fresh vegetables and fruit. A real treat and the best hotel I stayed at in my 3 weeks in Japan!
