The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was right next to Nakajima park (lovely) and only about 25-35 min walk to Susukino/Odori. The breakfast buffet was fine and the room was perfectly fine, too and at a reasonable price to boot. We were very happy we decided to stay here.

The hotel is located right across the street from Nakajima Park in full Sakura blossom during our stay. It as a pleasant walking from/to the subway station. Nice, clean place with hospitable staff.

Very friendly staff! Small but good breakfast buffet. Located nicely on the park but there's not really any dining options nearby. Parking garage is 1500 yen a night (it's automated) - not included!

All were good. Room is very spacious for our family of 4. Only item to add is wall hooks or bath towel hanger. There isn't a single hook, rail nor hanger for our bath towel except the door hamgld at the shower room which is only enough for 1 towel
