今回２度目の利用。前回同様エスコンフィールドで野球観戦の為の宿泊でした。部屋もファイターズルームでテンションアップです。バスタブがないのが少し不満。 ホテル下に球場粋のバス乗り場があり非常に便利です。 観光やグルメ目的の宿となると、やはり札幌を拠点にしたほうが良いと思います。

スーツケースを下に置きたくないので、スーツケースラックがほしい。フロントに聞きたいことがあっても電話も電話番号もないのでフロントに行くかメールでの対応なので時間がかかりすぎる。 朝食会場で30分待ち、案内されてブッフェを取りに行くとサラダが何もなく補充もされない。店員さんは凄く忙しそうで余裕がなくコーヒーを頼むのにも気をつかう。朝食を食べるだけで1時間40分くらいかかり、エスコンフィールドの先行入場に間に合わなかった

車での、当日に宿泊をとりました。 フロントがなく、自分でタブレット端末でチェックインなので、少し戸惑いましたが、すぐ教えてくださりたすかります。 これからの時代はこのようになって行くのだなあと考えさせられました。 ホテルにはファイターズ好きな人にはたまらないでしょうね。個人的には、浴槽があれば嬉し買ったんですが、車であればいい温泉♨️も近くにあります。ベッドも良く、腰が痛くない！ 駐車場🅿️は一泊で1500円でした。 夕食はホテル下のフードコートで、モツ煮、クリームレバーだと思いますが、美味しかったです、また泊まりたいです。

ホテルは綺麗で良かったです。 ただ部屋のオートロックがかかるのにわずかですが時間がかかるのでちょっと危ない。 普通のオートロックなら扉が閉まったらすぐ鍵がかかるってるのに、閉まってもすぐ開ければ開く。 カチッと音がするまで待っていました。

お部屋が綺麗でとても良かったです。 車で利用しましたが、初めてなのでホテル、駐車場がわかりにくかったですが、一度利用すると大丈夫です。
