The best part was the location of the hotel for it to be connected directly to the train station. It’s very convenient and reasonable price. Coz In Sapporo city is too expensive to stay. Staff are nice, but we don’t see them often, so it’s better to ask questions when you checked in. Room is very clean, but they will not come to clean your room, if you don’t ask them.

The reply of failure from the hotel is not because it is too full, but because they are not being requested. It made us very inconvenient during our stay. エスコンフィールドでの野球観戦旅行で滞在させていただきました。北広島駅直結、球場へのシャトルバスも運行されています。徒歩でも20分ほどです。新千歳空港、札幌、小樽などのアクセスもよく立地はよいと思います。 試合日はホテル料金も高く(これは仕方ないと思いますが)、お部屋は然程広いわけではない上、シャトルバスが無料ではないのが残念でした。(ホテルゲストは無料になれば良いなぁ) スタッフさんは親切でした！

部屋は広くてファミリーには良かった。 連泊でしたが、ドアノブに使用済みタオル入りのバックを掛けておくと交換してくれるとの事でしたが交換されてなく、受付の方に伝えたところ、とても対応が良かったです。 朝食込みのプランでしたが、種類は少なく、子供メニューがない、ご飯はない、連泊でしたので全て同じメニューなのは残念でした。
