Bienvenido a la escapada perfecta de vacaciones en la montaña para dos. Estamos ubicados en la exclusiva comunidad cerrada de The Divide at Bald Rock, donde la serenidad te rodeará de impresionantes vistas a las montañas de largo alcance. La residencia se encuentra en el borde del bosque, cerca de la cima de la montaña a 4200 pies de altura. Aislado, sin embargo, se encuentra a solo unos minutos de Cashiers, Carolina del Norte, y un breve recorrido panorámico a Highlands, Carolina del Norte, donde las compras y las experiencias gastronómicas son abundantes.

La casa de huéspedes de 800 SF está encima del garaje separado de la residencia principal y tiene una entrada privada / separada. * Tenga en cuenta que solo alquilamos este espacio cuando no estamos en el sitio; por lo tanto, garantizar la privacidad durante su estancia.

Con vigas a la vista, techos y suelos de madera, el espacio irradia confort y calidez en la montaña. La residencia fue diseñada por mi padre, un arquitecto retirado, que siempre soñó con tener una casa en la montaña. Después de dos años de preparación del diseño, la casa se completó en 2015 y los muebles de la casa de huéspedes de calidad se terminaron en 2018.

KITCHENETTE tiene encimeras de granito, refrigerador GE de acero inoxidable, lavaplatos, tapa de cocina y microondas. Todo lo que necesitará para hacer comidas ligeras y / o refrigerios. Una mesa de bistro de esquina ofrece el lugar perfecto para cenar con vistas espectaculares de Chimney Top Mountain y más.

LIVING ROOM ofrece un montón de espacio cómodo para acurrucarse y leer, mirar televisión o simplemente disfrutar de la vista a través de las ventanas que se expanden a lo largo de la habitación.

BATHROOM tiene una cabina de ducha con asiento y dos áreas de tocador con fregaderos de cobre.

Beautiful Property and Views

My husband and I spent 4 days here for my birthday. The host was always quick to respond to any questions that I had. This property is even better than depicted. The views are absolutely amazing and the home is a beautiful customized craftsman style. All the little extra amenities and special touches were appreciated. The outdoor deck with fireplace and the dining gazebo area just added to our enjoyment of this trip. Hot cocoa on the deck by the fire overlooking a beautiful mountain view was the absolute best birthday ever! Thanks Mollie for an awesome experience.

100% as advertised! Perfect spot for a romantic weekend. If enjoy epic sunsets and being lulled asleep by thousands of chirping Katydids, this is the place for you. Bring your hill climbing A game as the road up to 4200ft is not for amateurs.

It doesn’t get any better than this!

Without a doubt, this was the best “homestay get away” experience I’ve ever had. The one BR was perfect for us - clean, comfortable, warm, a great bed, the list goes on. And the views! Sitting on the fabulous porch at the main residence for coffee in the mornings and a glass or two of wine in the early evenings was heavenly. I cannot say enough good things about our 3 night stay. Next time, we agreed that we must stay for a week!!

Short get away

Very clean, well maintained, and supplied well. The views are amazing and the bed was super comfortable! The drive is about 12-13 mins to the top and has some pretty steep inclines, but everything is paved. The best views are at the top!

Lovely setting, comfortable furnishing

This getaway is in a beautiful setting. The driving instructions up a winding mountain road were very helpful and the house and furnishings were spotless and comfortable. It's the perfect place for a party of two to take in the splendor of the mountains near Cashiers. We had to alter dates and our host, Molly, made that process easy. She was great to work with.

Beautiful doesn't begin to describe the view

My wife and I had never visited Cashiers or Highlands, and we booked this wonderful garage apartment at the top of Bald Rock in Sapphire Valley. It's a gorgeous 20 minute drive to Cashiers, 20 minutes to Glenville Lake, and maybe 40 minutes to Highlands...but the scenery up here beats anything you will see in all of those locations.

Just lovely!

My husband and I celebrated our 35th wedding anniversary in this lovely mountain getaway. The view is spectacular and the cottage was clean, comfortable, and provided everything we could ask for. Wonderful property and great stay.

We enjoyed our stay at Molly’s property, everything went smoothly, the instruction and check in and check out process were clear and no confusion. This place is a hidden gem! We could not have been more pleased - it was perfect. The expansive decks are just lovely, if we weren’t hiking, we were on those beautiful decks reading. You will want to live on the deck…

The whole process from booking to check out was a breeze. The above garage apartment was meticulously clean. The kitchen was well appointed, too. We rarely spent time in the house because the panoramic view from the deck was so breathtaking. The layout of each of the four separate seating areas is both thoughtful and comfortable. You’ll enjoy phenomenal sunsets!
