There was a lot of noise during the day and in the night. There was a motor going on next to the apartment 24/7. Impossible to have a good night sleep here. The staff was not nice at all. Overall, I would not recommend it at all. There are far more options in Sao Paulo. Please don't go here.

The hotel is in a rough area so if you don't know Sao Paulo it's better to stay in a better part of town. The staff was GREAT... friendly and helpful. Wifi blows but that's Brazil, I think. Overall it was a good stay.

Internet 50% not working, and the garage was listed as one of the amenities and they charged us, and the bed, we requested double one but, two twin beds were pushed together.

The staff was friendly and helpful. Good area.

The carpet was filthy dirty. We only had wifi 2 out of the 5 days. No mattress pad under the sheet. Breakfast was average. I would not stay there again!!!

Foi incrível desde o atendimento até a despedida. Contudo não sendo chato, mas sendo justo. Faltou a TV a cabo que, não estava funcionando. E a parte do estacionamento dou uma dica. Se já sabes que terá checkout, já deixa os carros preparados em filas para facilitar o manejo e deslocamento sem traumas. Fora isso, muito bom.

Precisa ter uma atençao com os lencois e toalhas. Reparar as tomadas que estao afundando nas paredes dos quartos 2002 2 6001. Os boxes dos banheiro do 308 precisa ser limpado os azulejos apresentam mofo. No demais tudo ok. A equipe da recepção e as camareiras são de excelência.
