Pros: breakfast is very good with plenty of options, many natural juices and homemade breads, pastries and cakes. Heated internal pool is nice. Cons: facilities are terrible, outdated elevators and systems (In 10 days I had to replace or revalidate my access cards more than 10 times without exaggerating and this was happening to multiple customers); GYM: needs to be 100% renovated, equipment very old and most of them broken, it is dangerous and I injured my hand due to the poor condition. Bath towels all need to be replaced by new ones. Staff not so helpful, although I’ve complained every single time I had to replace or revalidate my access card, no action is taken, no apologies, nothing. Although building is very old, if they invest on maintenance, for sure it would be better.

O hotel está precisando de manutenção. Me colocaram em uma quarto de acessibilidade que vazava água pelo banheiro toda vez que eu tomava banho. O chuveiro esquentava muito ou ficava frio, não conseguia manter um meio termo. Quando cheguei ao quarto não tinha toalhas e nem sabão líquido para as mãos e sabonete para banho. Precisei solicitar a recepção. Sem falar da lâmpada que estava queimada no quarto. Acho que o hotel tem muito potencial mas precisa de manutenção e uma melhor gestão.
