Property is a nice budget option. Comfortable bed and hot shower, with good WiFi. Located is a few clocks from the metro Mackenzie stop and Rebublica station. Use good judgement at night but the area is reasonably safe for walking during the day and for foreigners, I would recommend Uber at night.

Decent enough for the price.

I stayed at a suite but it was across a bar. It was too loud and this was in the afternoon on a weekday. I requested to change rooms and luckily they found me one but a smaller room. The neighbors are noisy as well. The suite was an average of ₱2500 (discounted) then the standard room was I think ₱2200 per night. You would hear knocking and stomping all throughout the evening. They don’t offer cleaning services because it’s an apartment. I stayed at 212. It was quieter but you can still hear loud music. The room is good. Liquid soap and dish soap were empty. They have a stove but you’re not allowed to cook and no kettle because the apartments are fully booked. For the price, you can’t really complain.

Limpeza deixou a desejar, tinha tufinho de cabelo no banheiro. As paredes são muito finas, o que faz com que todo barulho seja considerável pra te acordar (mesmo ficando no fundo, não de frente pros bares). Limpeza de lençóis, fronha e toalhas estava boa. A comunicação com a recepção também.

A nossa hospedagem não foi satisfatória. A roupa de cama aparentava não ter sido devidamente trocada ou higienizada, e o chão estava sujo, com cabelos acumulados nos cantos do quarto. A cortina também precisava de melhorias, pois deixava entrar uma fresta de luz diretamente no rosto durante a manhã. Além disso, o principal problema foi o excesso de barulho. A rua do hotel é cercada por bares com música alta que segue até o início da manhã, tornando muito difícil descansar, especialmente para quem tem sono leve. Considerando o valor da diária, a experiência não apresentou um bom custo-benefício. O preço é elevado para o nível de desconforto oferecido.

Funcionários ótimos, dispostos a ajudar, entretanto, a limpeza deixou um pouco a desejar. Como o quarto conta com "cozinha" vi algumas baratinhas. Em relação a dormida: Gente, IMPOSSÍVEL dormir antes das 1h da manhã. Rua bastante movimentada e com muita zuada. Quanto ao tamanho do quarto, ficou confusa as opções disponíveis. O quarto de mobilidade reduzida, nem cadeira tinha. Achei muito pequeno.

O quarto é amplo, mas sem exagero - ar-condicionado/aquecedor eficiente, TV smart, cooktop funcional e frigobar ótimo. O espaço da cozinha é bem honesto, assim como o banheiro. Ferro de passar, secador e utensílios precisam ser alugados (apenas as primeiras 24h são grátis). A região é extremamente boêmia, e há muita movimentação de gente de todo o tipo na recepção. Mas o problema mesmo é o barulho: as janelas são as mais simples e baratas possível - é como se não existissem. E a rua é o máximo de barulho que vc possa imaginar. Bares, gente conversando, gritando, carros, ônibus, buzinas. Meu quarto ficava no 8 andar e era como se eu estivesse numa mesa de bar, à beira da rua. Mas, pelo preço, está ótimo. Leve tampão de ouvido (fone com cancelamento de ruído) e tenha paciência. No geral, se seu compromisso for pela região, vale o custo benefício. O metrô fica ao lado e há todo tipo de coisa a ser feita por ali. Ponto positivo para os/as atendentes do hotel. Muito simpático/as, prestativo/as e sinceros sobre a região. Nem nos cinco estrelas vi profissionais assim. Se investirem em janelas melhores, o hotel pula de categoria.

Sempre fico no Apê Smart Mackenzie. Dessa vez, fiquei em um quarto de mobilidade reduzida. Infelizmente não tinha espelho no banheiro. E o piso é um pouco escorregadio. Quem tem deficiência pode ser perigoso. No mais tudo certo.

Ar condicionado gelando, quarto cheiroso demais, limpo e organizado. Pegamos um quarto mais em conta sem cozinha, porém achava que tinha microondas para me alimentar. Solicitei garfo e copo descartável, mas a recepcionista não ajudou. O rapaz que é recepcionista é muito atencioso, simpático, mas a moça demora para realizar o atendimento e não é prestativa, afinal só precisava de um garfo!

O atendimento na recepção, ao chegarmos, foi péssimo. O quarto, por sua vez, estava limpo e organizado; contudo, necessitava de reparos na pia e no registro do chuveiro, que se soltava sempre que era utilizado. Além disso, a localização é muito ruim: há diversos bares nas proximidades, o que gera bastante barulho, com pessoas falando e sons alto durante a noite, além do cheiro de cigarro — apesar de ser proibido — que acaba invadindo o interior do quarto. Trata-se de um local inadequado para hospedagem em família.
