A casa está muito conservada, a mobília nova e os utensílios em bom estado.

Ficamos muito satisfeitos com chácara, ambiente muito agradável e calmo, não tivemos nenhum problema em relação ao imóvel, tudo conservado e limpo. Os proprietários são muito prestativos e estão sempre dispostos a atender caso necessitar.
