Nixe with rooms for improvement

Nice furnished condo. Everything worked well and the space is great. The only issue was the bed comfort and quality/availability of sheets, pillows, comforter, and towels. It is a shame because bedding and towels are so easy and low cost to provide. Condo deserves a better mattress, and replenishing towels daily (instead of me having to use the washer/dryer for towels) would be an easy fix.

Boa localização, café da manhã gostoso, preço bem de acordo com a acomodação. Minha única reclamação é: paredes e teto feitos de papel, não dormimos nada por dois dias porque os hóspedes do quarto acima do nosso não paravam de correr, pular, derrubar coisas, e quando ligamos na recepção eles não queriam incomodar os hóspedes e ficavam questionando se realmente estava muito barulho. O flat é bem gostoso, numa rua calma e segura, mas não fico mais quando precisar descansar, porque é uma roleta russa da educação do vizinho. Além disso, elevador ficou a semana quebrado, e era bem ruim passar por portas corta fogo pra conseguir chamar o elevador de serviço.

Tudo conforme o anunciado. Vista mar, apto e utensilios de cozinha bem conservados. Proximo ao shopping Miramar (caminhada 10 minutos pela orla). 2 quartos, 2 banheiros, 2 mercados pão de açúcar num raio de 1km. Estadia tranquila, no geral, sem estresse por parte do staff.

Passei uma semana no hotel Foi tranquila a minha estadia Achei super legal ter máquina de lavar e secar Mas sentimos muita falta de uma sanduícheira acredito ser indispensável , Outro detalhe é o sofá cama ele como sofá é bem confortável mas para cama sem condições e uma estrutura de ferro cheio de molas com um foro branco por cima , meu filho ficou com dor no corpo Aí tivermos que colocar ele para dormir só como sofá , ainda bem que ele ainda é pequeno O meu AP foi o 610 não tem vista para o mar fica ao contrário , mas mesmo assim tirandi esses detalhes foi bom Outro ponto super importante eu fiz a reserva inclusa com café da manhã Acho que é onde o hotel peca muito Pois nos 6 dias que fiquei foi sempre a mesma coisa

Já mencinei tudo acima.

O apto é maravilhoso, confortável entre outros. Só resalto que o forno parecia quebrado ou eu não soube mexer. O pessoal do Hotel tem excelente comportamento, mas não passam instruções( como se locomover na garagem que é apertadíssima, como abrir a porta do apto e hrs de café entre outros). Tb muito rígido com hr de entrada. Cheguei as 13:00 sei que apto estava vazio, mas tive que esperar até as 14:00, sendo que eu não tinha onde deixar o carro nem consegui estacionar em lugar nenhum de Santos. Santos não é uma cidade de turismo, falta muita estrutura, principalmente com estacionamentos. Mas no geral foi muito bom. Voltaria mas com programação de estacionamento.

Boa estadia.

Muito bem localizado, dá pra fazer tudo a pé. Café da manhã muito bem servido, variado, saboroso Staff bastante atencioso também. A questão das fechaduras eletrônicas nos desagradou bastante, principalmente o padrão das senhas. Dá receio de deixár as coisas no quarto. Meu quadro inclusive não tinha cofre. Os quartos estavam bem limpos, porém o mobiliário estava mal cuidado.
