AWFUL!!!!

AWFUL!!! I travel a lot around the world to budget stays. This room had little heat - I was FREEZING all night!! I asked for extra blankets and they told me 2 hours but no one came. Pic of the heater. This is a DO NOT STAY!

Avoid at all costs

Received an email the evening before saying they were fully booked and I could not stay despite having paid in full. Would not answer the phone. Took an hour to respond to WhatsApp messages. Apparently bookings via this app are subject to availability so not guaranteed. This was over a week ago and I am still waiting on a refund. Hotels.com have been provided with evidence that I was denied access but have so far failed to issue my refund.

Poderiam ser mais claros no anúncio

Razoável, a localização é incrivel e o quarto confortavel, o self check in e check out funcionam super bem, mas nao recomendo ficar nos quartos de baixo pois a agua nao esquenta o suficiente para os dias mais frios, so fica morna, e demora mais de 10 min para esquentar, entao é preciso se programar se tiver horario de passeio, contatamos a acomodação e eles foram super solicitos e nos deixaram tomar banho em um quarto de cima, mas nos dias seguintes todos os quartos estavam ocupados, nossa sorte foi que a temperatura na cidade melhorou, pois segundo eles nao havia o que fazer, a agua chega mais fria mesmo aos quartos de baixo pois a caldeira fica na parte de cima. Outro ponto de atencao é sobre o pagamento, selecionei a opção pague na acomodação, mas essa opcao na verdade nao existe, pois é enviado um link para pagamento no cartão, e os códigos das portas só sao liberados apos o pagamento, ou seja só tera acesso ao quarto se pagar via um link enviado pelo whatsapp, o que a princípio achei que fosse golpe pois a própria plataforma recomenda a nao realizar pagamentos dessa forma, e eu também havia me programado e levado dinheiro em espécie. Resumindo so é uma boa se estiver ciente do pagamento antes da chegada no cartão, e se for um quarto no piso superior.

As paredes são de ripas de madeira e seguram o frio. Havia uma fresta em uma das janelas que não se fechava. O quarto estava bem sujo. A cama era bamba. A localização é ótima e o atendimento via WhatsApp é rápido e solícito.

Me gustó mucho la ubicación cercana al metro. La limpieza y calidad del colchón y de la lencería de la cama muy buena y bonita, adaptada para el clima frio de invierno. Un detalle que mejorar en el baño, es el extractor que tiene un ruido permanente fuerte cuando está encendida la luz del baño, pero funciona.

Hostel simples, bem localizado e staff simpático

Hostel simples mas super bem localizado. Fiquei no quarto 8, para uma pessoa e com banheiro privativo. É um prédio bem antigo, então o banheiro precisa de uma reforma, mas atendeu bem. Roupas de camas bem limpas e cama confortável. Wi FI funcionou bem. Não há recepção, as instruções vem todas via whatsapp e sempre me respondiam quando eu precisava. Na entrada no hostel tem um café, com muitas opções e funcionários simpáticos. O Nicolas e equipe me atenderam muito bem. A localização é maravilhosa, da para ir a pé no sky costanera e shopping que fica anexo ao prédio.
