Liked the hotel very much, reception staff where really good. Only slight down was it's on a revellers route. So as it was Friday night into the early hours it was a bit rowdy. However it is in a great position to the Cathredral and bus station and being in such a location is expected.

The major like was location. Just down the road from the train station walkable distance from Cathedral (the city isn't huge). The dislikes were now view, we looked into 4 concrete walls and other rooms' windows, the lack of any food option other than a marginal breakfast buffet and the room themselves were small and cramped. With that said, the price was fair and it worked for a couple nights.

Weekend friends break in Santiago

Excellent hotel. Great location. Stayed here for 3 nights for weekend break. Just a short walk from the cathedral, old town, & many restaurants/ cafes. Room was clean & very comfortable. Bathroom had soap & shower gel provided. Safe in room. Breakfast was good. There is a nice reception area with chairs but no bar or restaurant on site (only breakfast served). Reception staff were friendly & helpful. Overall Great value for money i would stay here again & recommend to others.

Our check-in stuff took great care of our request (i thought number of beds was guaranteed but actually it was just a request and I noticed later). Very clean and beautiful hotel. They have sauna and Turkish bath other than pool, and huge parking lot across the street of the hotel. Thank you so much for your warm and special service. Will definitely come back!

you cannot fault the property, it is clean, it is convenient, the staff maybe can "smile" a little bit, Anna P who had welcome us was good, the other Anna in the evening shift- also was nice, the other one- I hope she is not really working in reception, as it not a conduct of someone in the reception. That being said, it was a value for money hotel

The receptionist, Andrea was a kind and professional face to greet us when we checked in. She definitely made us feel welcomed right away. The hotel was exactly what we were expecting, pretty simple. My only complaint is that the water in the showers sometimes changes to scolding hot without notice. At one point I was worried I would be burned by how hot the water was --- without warning at times it would change. Overall would still recommend!

Very nice property, helpful staff, clean, accommodations as stated. 10 minute walk from train and buses, 10 minute walk to Cathedral, very nice groceries on same block and a variety of restaurants, bars, coffee shops. After walking a Camino and staying it basic accommodations, this was luxury.
