Casa Marta

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Casa Marta. The facilities were excellent and the host could not do enough to assist us. Fantastic property a short walk from Cala D’or. We would definitely recommend this property.

A welcoming villa and host

A gorgeous, spacious family villa just a short walk away from 2 beaches, the town centre, supermarket, shops and the marina. Just far enough away from town that it feels quiet. The villa and grounds are well kept and to an amazing standard, with everything supplied in the villa you could possibly need! The pool is fantastic and is maintained regularly, the kitchen and dining areas are ample and cater for larger parties easily. The bedrooms are spacious and air-conditioned. Marta is an amazing and responsive host, we had a couple of minor issues which Marta solved quickly and she is always ready to help on anything you’d need. We also ate several times at Regina, Marta’s family restaurant, (at time of writing a 10% discount is offered if you’re staying in the villa). The restaurant is also very friendly, with an excellent variety of food and drink for all ages. We loved our stay at Villa Marta and would definitely book again. Thank you, Marta, for having us in your villa

Beautiful villa in a beautiful location

Just wish we could have stayed longer! This villa is very spacious and well maintained. It’s very peaceful and the outlook from the pool area is stunning. It gives you the feeling of peace and tranquillity even though it is so close to all the local amenities. 2 stunning beaches a couple of minutes walk away. And shops and restaurants also a couple of minutes walk away. Marta is a wonderful lady,so welcoming and friendly, who goes above and beyond to make sure you have the most pleasant stay. Myself and partner were blown away by all the help she gave us on our stay. We have stayed in numerous villas over the years but Marta and her villa is by far the best!! If you are thinking of booking cassa Marta, do not think twice as I’m sure you won’t be disappointed. It’s in a safe fabulous area and the villa itself is immaculate. Plenty of space and lots of seating areas. Can’t wait to return.

Magnificent Casa Marta

The villa was wonderful and more than we expected. It was very clean and had everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable. The pool area was amazing! Marta the host was very helpful and helped us order our takeaway meal on our first night from her husbands restaurant Regina which was delicious. We were so sad to leave but made some unforgettable memories.

Fabulous Villa

Fantastic traditional villa, short walking distance to beaches, and resturants. Marta ( owner ) was very responsive and quickly fixed any small issues. Lovely private pool. Close to all the action, but far enough away to avoid excessive noise. Thanks for all your help Marta, you were a fantastic host

Cala D’Or

We stayed in Casa Marta in early July 2021. As two families of four adults and four children (from age 7 to 9), there was plenty of space for us all. The villa has two bedrooms on the ground floor and two bedrooms upstairs, with access to a separate en suite double bedroom from the balcony of one of the upstairs bedrooms or via an outside staircase. The villa is a mix of traditional Spanish with some modern twists, like a Bose sound-system inside and on the rear terrace. There are enough nooks and crannies to keep the kids amused and for people needing a few quiet minutes. The host, Marta, was excellent; very approachable and responsive and dealt very quickly with any small issues we had. We had a problem with one of the showers and Marta came to the villa personally on a Sunday to make sure everything was fixed. The swimming pool was lovely and perfect for cooling off in the heat. One word of warning though for those with small children - there is no shallow end to the pool. There are three steps in, but then the pool is around 1.7m to 2m deep. This wasn’t an issue for us in the end, with our kids spending hours in the pool, but it may be a problem for some. The villa is really well located, in a quiet residential area, but a short 5 to 10 minute walk from the centre of Cala D’Or. The little train around the resort stops in the street just outside the villa (30 second walk away) and taxis are also very reasonable (€3.50 to the centre of Cala D’Or and €5 to the Marina).

Super Ferienwohnung mit sehr sehr guter Ausstattung, alles top gepflegt und sehr sauber. Strand und Ort zu Fuß in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
