Misleidend!

De informatie en fotos die op de site staan zijn misleidend..wij kwamen aan bij het hotel, wat wij dachten geboekt te hebben, en ons werd medegedeeld dat we geen reservering hadden bij het hotel. Wij moesten bij de casa zijn. Grote teleurstelling omdat als je denkt een hotel te boeken met alle comfort, we ondergebracht wordt in een casa..Voor mij als hartpatiënt was het helemaal niet te doen! Daarom hadden we ook voor het hotel gekozen met alles in huis! De advertentie en de omschrijving is dus erg misleidend en wij voelen ons ook heel erg belazerd (sorry voor dit vocabulair) maar is wel zo als het is! Zeker geen aanbeveling waardig!
