Pros: This is a good location, and of course everything is at a premium price in the height of pretentiousness that is Seaside. They have done a great job furnishing this house and attention to details and use of space.
Cons: It is quite small overall, especially the smaller bedroom with the two singles. The house is fairly loud, and you can hear all footsteps, seemingly from any level, throughout the house. This can be an issue if you have nightowls. The kitchen is up on the second floor, so just realize that. Some of the TVs aren't smart TVs and aren't all consistent platforms. It's not a bad idea to bring your own streaming device if considered. The wifi is good, not great. Granted, these are just my observations, and some may not be as concerned with such things. There is a lack of trashcans on the interior, especially downstairs.
Summary: This isn't bad if fairly tight spaces don't bother you or the price is competitive for what's available at the time. I think having more than 6 people would be pushing it. It is very clean and decorated and furnished in a very nice manner.
