Bienvenido a la Casa Blanca! A solo unos pasos de la playa y 2 piscinas, este encantador de la costa en la codiciada comunidad Summer's Edge tiene todo lo que necesita para una escapada perfecta en la playa.
Esta casa fue construida a medida y diseñada profesionalmente teniendo en cuenta el entretenimiento y ofrece un amplio plano de planta abierto con cocina de chefs y electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable de primera calidad. La casa se diseñó con arquitectura de playa y acabados personalizados industriales elegantes y piezas únicas.
La Master Suite en el tercer piso ofrece privacidad y tranquilidad con una gran terraza y excelentes vistas del golfo desde el sofá cama al aire libre. El baño Valentino Marble tiene una bañera independiente, una gran ducha, tocadores dobles y puertas francesas a la terraza y más vistas excelentes.
El segundo piso es el lugar de encuentro perfecto para comidas familiares en la terraza con comedor para 10 personas, desayuno en la gran cocina abierta o noche de juegos familiares en la sala de estar. El primer piso tiene 2 suites de invitados adicionales con terrazas y baños privados. ¡No nos olvidamos de los niños! Tienen sus propios cubículos de literas con espacio abierto para xbox, fiestas de baile o películas de terror, mientras que los adultos se relajan arriba.
La primera de dos piscinas comunitarias está a 60 pies de la puerta de entrada y es completamente visible desde las tres cubiertas. El acceso a la playa privada está a 100 yardas de la puerta y tiene un paseo marítimo para maniobrar fácilmente las necesidades de la playa. El segundo grupo de la comunidad está a solo 100 yardas de distancia en nuestra calle hermana, la calle South Ryan, y se calienta durante todo el año.

The house was absolutely gorgeous!! It was extremely well stocked and had everything we needed. Hands down one of the best rentals we have ever stayed at. It was in pristine condition!

Beautiful place and location

We enjoy staying there, the first floor a d the second were awesome, the third floor layout was a bit unusual, would have been better to have doors on the bathroom area for a little privacy. Other than that, we really enjoyed the place and location.

Fall Break 2022

Really enjoyed staying at the White House. The layout was great for my family and our guests. Short walk to the beach and all the amenities need at the house. Will definitely be renting again in the future.

Summer Fun

Two families of five enjoyed the house. The property was well maintained, close to beach and the pool. There are other homes close by but it was not noisy. Would rent again.

Great family beach vacay!

Location, location, location! This house is a short walk to the beach! The pool is right across the street and can be viewed from the second and third story balcony. Although we had a few issues upon check-in (broken door knob, a fan that did not work, and a broken remote control) management was quick to respond and resolve these issues. The outdoor shower was very convenient for rinsing off beach gear & sandy toes. Overall, this is a great place to stay with a large family & kids!

Beautiful house, great location

Walk to the beach was super easy. There is a beach service company right there at the entrance for umbrellas and chairs. The house was clean and suited our needs well. As noted by another review, the third level master has zero privacy. There is another room connected to the master and the master bed/bath does not have its own door.

Beach access was great!

This was a great location and the house was nice. They offer a credit for renting chairs, bikes, etc., but I would HIGHLY recommend ordering chair service. It’s the only way you can be on the beach close to the access point. The neighborhood was in a great location and quiet. The master on the 3rd floor was great for our family as we have adult children. However, the fifth bedroom area is attached to the master with no door and shared the master bath. If you are counting on that extra bedroom, this could be an issue.

Beautiful House/Great location.

This house is very beautiful and well laid out, especially in the main kitchen and living area. The master bedroom is a little strange and that there is another bedroom inside of the door to the master. If you’re looking for privacy you will not want anyone staying in that other room on the top floor. The house is just a few steps from the beach and the neighborhood is great. There were not any condiments of any kind so you’ll need to bring everything, even salt and pepper extra toilet paper and paper towels etc. also the grill was not usable that may be fixed by the time you stay here. I would definitely stay here again very beautiful and easy and there is a trail nearby for exercise.

Great Location, Not so great house

The location was exactly what we wanted with easy and close beach access. The house on the other hand had the following issues: the shower faucet handle fell off, the door lever on the exterior French door fell off, the dryer door fell off and hit my wife's foot and left a nasty bruise. The bedroom layout was a bit strange as well. Unless the master wants to share a privacy door , closet and bathroom with 2 more people you may want to discount the number of people that can stay comfortable if all family to 8 adults or children & if you are with friends I would say 5 was the most to stay comfortably.

Beautiful House, great location, odd layout

The house is beautiful, and the location can't be beat. The house is beautifully decorated. The layout of bedrooms on the 3rd level is a bit odd though. The Master suite is enormous, and beautifully appointed, but there is no door on the suite itself (or bathroom), just a pocket door separating the two bedrooms from the hallway. The second bedroom on the 3rd level has a door, but no bathroom of its own, so you either share with the Master (which offers no privacy) or you use one of the showers on the 1st level. The 3rd floor is best suited for adults with younger children. Also, the 3rd floor Master has thin, gauzy curtains, so when the sun comes up, it shines directly in the room. Room-darkening blinds would be a plus.

Great House and Location

This really is a great house. The living room and kitchen is amazing. We had 3 families with teenage boys. I wish the bunk rooms had been in their own room and not out in the open but it worked for us because the boys went to sleep last. The upstairs is a little confusing because the master bedroom doesn’t have a door and the other bedroom upstairs has to share the master bathroom with the primary guests. Other than that it was perfect. It was very upgraded. The outdoor area was fantastic. The walk to the beach was very short. I wish there were more key FOBs for the beach for as big of a house it was. Overall great experience but would have one less family because of the upstairs situation. But it did actually have 4 full bedrooms with 2 bunk beds so it was plenty of room.

Beautiful and spacious home, 2minute walk to the beach!

*Easy process to check in/out * Digital access to the home, beach and pool. *Beds were comfortable, location was awesome, very nicely decorated. * We enjoyed using the skim boards and boogie boards. *Wish we could have stayed longer and taken advantage of using the propane grill next to the porch. * All of our adult children (2 married couples and 1 single all choose to sleep on the first floor, so my husband I felt like we had a penthouse on the third floor to ourselves! The master bath is HUGE! * Just wish there was a pocket door at the entrance to the master (Between the master bedroom and the wet bar) for privacy if we’d had anyone sleeping in the other bedroom on the third floor. *Our kids lamented the rocking chairs weren’t on the 2nd floor porch (where you have a great view)- but they were in the first floor with a secluded place. Lunch first day at “Melted” in Seagrove. Dinner first night at Old Florida Fish House(yum) and second night at Goatfeathers(yum). *We loved the short 2 min walk to the beach from the White House! *We would definitely stay here again!

Great house & location, so-so personal touches

This was a mostly good place for our group of 10 moms and graduated senior girls. PROs: The layout was well done and we had plenty of space and bathrooms to get ready. Lots of room for meals. We loved how close it was to the beach without actually being on the beach. We had one issue with a toilet running and not flushing and even though we were told "might be tomorrow or the next day" to get it fixed, they had someone there that day to fix it. We also appreciated the credit at the beach gear company so we could decide if we wanted chair & umbrellas or bikes or toys. CONS: This is run by Vacasa so pretty much zero personal touches. When I asked a local question about beach warnings, the answer was basically, "I have no idea, ask someone else local". The kitchen has NOTHING in the way of extras - no salt/pepper/sugar/oil, no foil or bags, very few rolls of TP or paper towels. You get pans and dishes and cups and there were plenty of those. But don't expect to find any personal touches or extra amenities. (one exception was that the bathrooms had small travel size soap, conditioner, etc). Just know this going in. The only other con is about the third floor bedroom/bath. They really need blackout curtains and someway of making the shower more private. We were wide awake before 6 every day unless you wore a sleep mask. And had to schedule showers so you didn't see your naked neighbor. =) All in all, this fit our needs and was worth the price.

Starting to show its age

This is our 6th time renting this home in the 12 years we’ve been visiting the area. The house is no longer the same beach house it once was. 1. The art program is almost distracting and not fitting. Probably very personal to the owners, but is very aggressive for a fun summer getaway. It doesn’t make sense and there’s something everywhere you look. 2. Handles are broken on outside doors, and the master shower. 3. Internet never worked the entire trip. Even after they fixed it. Could not work from The home, which was a huge requirement for us. 4. Smoke detectors kept going off randomly. It got so bad we couldn’t even be inside. It took three hours for a maintenance person to check in. 5. The furniture is excessive and makes it almost impossible to navigate the rooms on the bottom and main floor (and the leather chairs are gross at best) 6. The pillows are so old they smell so bad we had to remove them and put them in a closet. 7. The pans are 7+ years old. Could not even make eggs in them. Numerous plates and cups are chipped to a point of being dangerous to use. 8. Fans inside and out don’t work. 9. Outside vents are being covered with rubber gloves. 10. Blinds are broken all over the house. Doors don’t shut all the way — causing so much condensation that seeing the “view” is not as advertised anymore. Looking at the photos online, which is the original home we stayed in years ago, looks nothing like it does now, unfortunately.

This was an ideal location. Steps from beach walkway, situated right next to community pool, heated pool a few hundred yards away, and walkable to many shops! We had two toddlers and it was easily walkable for them. A few hiccups inside the home, but maintenence was VERY responsive and came while we were at the beach. The living room furniture needs to be replaced soon, it's worn and stained. Bedrooms were spacious and clean. The top floor bedrooms share an open bathroom, so we slept with our kids up there and our other guests stayed on the bottom floor. It worked out perfectly. Overall a wonderful stay and would recommend to any other travelers! Keep in mind this is a RENTAL and not everything is going to be perfect, so go easy on your expectations:)

Very nice property

Beautiful property. Very clean and comfortable. We visited with 3 families (6x adults, 4x teens, and 2x young children) and were very comfortable throughout our stay. Great beach access and pool. A bit of a haul to Seaside and Watercolor town centers, where all of the shops and restaurants are. But no complaints (and some of us are quite picky). Rental group was honest, efficient, and communicated well. Very happy overall.
