Very nice, pool was a little cold for the kids and they cam so fast to turn on heater and the kiddos were in heaven the entire time, parking was great, location was spot on. Check-in and out was simple. Definitely would stay there again

Three families

We had a wonderful stay! We had three families, six kids and six adults and we had so much room! There was room for another family! The kitchen was well stocked, the beach drive wasn’t bad either-we always had a place to park nearby beach access.

Family Vacay

We absolutely loved renting this space for our family vacation. All of the amenities were perfect and fit our family needs. The pool was heated and the golf cart allowed easy access to the beach! We will definitely be renting again!

Be aware!!!

We rented this house for my family for a wedding weekend. The house itself was okay but be aware of the parking and pool problems! You can bearly fit three midsize cars and the golf cart in the space provided. The first night we had the golf cart parked in the driveway behind the cars but on line of the street and it got towed. Totally ridiculous!!! It wasn’t in the street!! Also when we got there to check in the pool guy was there and told us the pump wasn’t working and couldn’t be heated! They returned the heating fee, but there was no compensation for the fact that we couldn’t use the pool even though it was advertised as an amenity of the house! I was very disappointed in the way that they handled the whole situation!

Great Experience!

The house is new and beautiful and perfectly accommodated our group of 14. The golf cart was perfect for trips back and forth to the beach and the pool was a nice refresher. You won't be disappointed with this property.

Our vacation was great! Location was great-had no issues with public beach, go set up chairs early! House was beautiful! Very comfortable for our party of 13. Love the porches and pool area. Customer service for our needs was also exceptional !

Best Staycation EVER!!!

This was a staycation for my immediate family and a vacation for our extended fam jam. The Serene Dunes House was perfect for our entire group and everyone had a blast. the heated pool came in clutch for us during the cooler weather. We enjoyed the coziness of the individual spaces and the roominess of the great area downstairs while visiting with family this holiday season. 10 out of 10 we will be back again. Thank you for all the hospitality that the crew provided for us and the help when we needed it.

Beautiful stay for families

we were 16 people including kids . all rooms were big enough to fit all us in . Kathy helped to fulfill all our needs. we had two small issues in the kitchen but kathy sent maintenance guy to fix those quickly. our kids enjoyed at small pool in the house and at community pool also . beach is near by . you can ride golf cart to go around . I recommend this property.

Last minute vacay

We decided to take a last minute vacation and this house was available. When we arrived the lady in charge of the booking was at the house next door. She said we were the first people to rent the house. She was nice and very quick to respond. We asked her for a water hose and she had one there the next day. The house is very nice and had plenty room for four families.

Perfect House!

Our group contained 3 couples and children. Each couple was able to have a bedroom with an attached bathroom which worked out perfectly. The house was roomy, clean, and had room to spare. The location was great, and the included golf cart made trips to the beach easy. Overall, we were very happy. My one complaint is that once we booked the house, the online listing said “15% off any March booking.” Since we booked in March, I asked about receiving this discount and was refused since we already booked. I feel like the fact the discount said “ANY March booking,” it should have been honored.

Great Family Vacation Destination

We had a family reunion of 15 people and this house was perfect in so many ways. 4 king-sized master bedroom suites let everyone have their own space and the third floor kids dorm with bunk beds and extra living room and was great for our grandkids. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything we needed - plenty of dishes and silverware. Large Toaster, blender, coffee pot that took regular filters and also had the choice of k-cups was great too. The furniture was comfortable and new. When I saw the pictures of the swimming pool I felt it was very small, but surprisingly it was one of the favorite things we liked about the house! The kids were out there at some point every day when we weren't at the beach - and it was actually big enough for all 15 of us to be in it and enjoy! The beach is very close - .5 miles away. We very much enjoyed the golf-cart (or low-speed vehicle as they call it). We made many trips to the beach with it and even to Gulf-Place for shopping and pizza and ice cream. I can't think of anything negative about this house. We love the Santa Rosa area and recommend Ft. Panic Beach and Topsail Hill Preserve State Park - so beautiful!! We will definitely return for more family vacation memories! The Itrip staff was extremely easy to work with also - although we didn't have any problems we needed their help with!!

#15 on Content Drive

The house was very nice and the beds were comfortable. We had a few issues. One of the bedrooms lost power in the night. We finally contacted management and the breaker box was in one of the second floor bedrooms behind a picture in the wall. We had water dripping from the top floor bathroom vent. The icemaker in the fridge didn’t work even after the repairman came so we only had ice for 3 days. The dishwasher took forever to cycle. The pool was like bathwater but the little kids enjoyed it. Positives were the use of the golf cart to haul people and beach items. The house was very clean and roomy. The beach is gorgeous and there were helicopters, lifeguards and drones monitoring the shark situation. We did have sharks nearby one day and had to evacuate.
