The interior of this rental property was nice and well maintained, however, the exterior has been neglected. There were leaves and palm branches all over the property, and the grill was unusable due to its condition. The outdoor shower was disgusting, in order to use it you needed shower shoes. Several of the string lights were out on the patio, and the table and chairs on the back patio were filthy with dirt and mold. The bikes were in poor shape, and the golf cart had clearly not been maintained as evidenced by the fact that the covering on the steering wheel had fallen off in our hands, and the windshield wiper was broken. One evening it had rained, and we were in the golf cart and could not see to drive! There were 2 corn hole boards that were falling apart and unusable, and had there been bags they would not have slid on the wood into the holes! This house sits on busy 30A as you know, but the house being on a busy curve makes it very dangerous to leave the home in any vehicle. The house extremely needs an exterminator as every day and night we saw huge roaches as well as baby roaches and ants. We were very concerned that we were going to bring roaches home in our belongings! Jennifer was helpful with restaurant recommendations and with an issue with the golf cart battery. We used our hard earned money to rent this location and were extremely disappointed. We do not recommend staying here.
