The house was great except we had a problem with the main TV. We could never get it to work properly and on day 3 the maintenance man came and fixed it but it started acting up within a few hours. Secondly, there was not a golf cart key when we arrive on Saturday, and we did not receive one until Monday at 11:00. I called and emailed several times and they were supposed to bring one on Sunday but that never happened. I counted on the golf cart to get me around and it was a huge inconvenience to not have it for 2 1/2 days.

Lovely!

Excellent property. Clean and well decorated. Initially I was nervous that the location would be too close to Publix but it was so calm and quiet and being in walking distance to the grocery store came very much in handy! Would absolutely stay here again!

Notre Dame ‘90 Mini-Reunion

This was the perfect house and location for a group of 10 of us to gather for a long weekend to reminisce about our days in college and catch up on the intervening 33 years of life. We hired a private chef who prepared a delicious meal at the house Friday evening, which made for an evening exceedingly more enjoyable than going out to a restaurant. The Watercolors/Seaside area is a fantastic destination for any group looking for beautiful accommodations and world class beaches.

Disappointed!

Home was advertised as "new" but has not been well maintained. Upon arrival the furniture in living area and bedrooms was very dirty. The rugs were dirty, too. The description of two of the rooms were not accurate - one room had only a top and bottom bunk bed and the other room had two single beds, in the listing they were described as four single beds in both rooms. Outside light was out, and the outside plug - so no way to charge the electric golf cart that we rented and outside TV in the screened porch did not work. I requested a visit and a call from the Property Manager but did not receive either.

Pure Heaven!

Our family absolutely loved our stay at Dew Drop Inn! The house is beautifully decorated and had plenty of space for 4 adults and 3 kids. We loved all that Watercolor Beach Club had to offer! We enjoyed the location—walking distance to Publix and to Camp Watercolor—my kid’s favorite pool. We didn’t have a golf cart and it wasn’t a problem—short drive to beach. We didn’t have our wristbands right away bc of last minute booking and they were very prompt and responsive. Can’t wait to visit again!

The property and house are beautiful and well supplied with necessary items. Our family lived the set up… plenary of room for 11 of us. Would stay here again. A golf cart is a must have. It is farther from the beach than stated. Parking is an issue. The property managers were very responsive.

So Enjoyable!

We absolutely loved our stay here! The house is decorated so beautifully and it was cleaned very well. The location is fantastic you can walk to perfect pig and Publix and it’s a quick bike ride to camp watercolor. Highly recommended! We will definitely be back!

Great house, great stay

We stayed at this Watercolor property for a fall weekend. We have stayed in Watercolor many times. I wasn't sure about the location originally, but with 3 kids under 4, we loved being so close to Publix. It was a quick golf cart ride to Seaside and the pools of Watercolor. The house was lovely. Very clean and worked great for two families and several little kids. The management company was very responsive, too. The heated pools at Watercolor made a huge difference in our stay. Great house, great stay!

Beautiful Home

The home was absolutely stunning. We went for a girls weekend and couldn’t have enjoyed our trip more. The location worked well because it was close to the grocery store and eateries. Being somewhat far from the beach, it is an easy bike ride or walk. The only issue that we had was that we were missing one bike. After contacting BeachWalk the issue was resolved.

Wonder in Watercolor

My friends and I feel like we won the lottery in finding this place. We just kept saying “oh my gosh! This is perfect”. It was more than we could ask for. We feel grateful and blessed to stay here and tried to extend our stay but it was booked.

Peaceful retreat for 40th birthday weekend

This property is a dream—peaceful retreat in Watercolor for a girls’ weekend for my 40th birthday. Walking/biking distance to all amenities. Only concern was the copious amount of bugs on the upstairs loft area. We contacted the management company several times about it. We were more concerned they might not be aware of the problem, and it might be a larger one. There are beach chairs included which I did not see in the original property info (maybe I missed it). The internet/streaming of Netflix was spotty. Otherwise, loved this property and area and would love to come back with more family/friends.

Spring Break at Dew Drop Inn

We had a wonderful visit to Watercolor and staying at the Dew Drop Inn was a great experience. The home is stunning - decorated beautifully as seen in the pictures. The bikes were an added bonus and very helpful to traveling through Watercolor and around Seaside too. We had plenty of linens and the kitchen was supplied with pans/etc. The house is also walking distance to Publix and the Perfect Pig which were great. It’s also a quick bike ride to Camp Watercolor, which is very family friendly.
