Bienvenido a Sweet Tea! Venga a disfrutar de nuestro condominio en el primer piso con una vista increíble del golfo. Ubicada en la unidad final en el primer piso de Leeward II, puedes salir por la puerta y pisar la arena blanca azucarada y las aguas verde esmeralda de 30A.

No disponible para menores de 25 años o grupos de fiesta. La parte responsable debe permanecer en esta propiedad durante el alquiler.

Esta unidad de un dormitorio y un baño se encuentra directamente en la playa con una pasarela privada y solo 5 pasos hacia la playa de arena blanca y las aguas color esmeralda del golfo. El océano está tan cerca que puedes ver las conchas en la orilla y los delfines saltando en las olas. Leeward II se encuentra a la salida de 30A y en Eastern Lake Drive. Tienes el golfo y el Lago Dune Oriental justo afuera de tu puerta

Nuestra terraza exterior es espaciosa y tiene muchos asientos para ver los delfines de la mañana, leer o disfrutar del atardecer.

Para su disfrute, el Living Room tiene un nuevo televisor inteligente y un enrutador inalámbrico para navegar por Internet. La cocina tiene encimeras de granito y nuevos gabinetes a medida con un horno de microondas nuevo, estufa y horno convencional, así como una licuadora y cafetera.

Las camas incluyen un rey en el maestro, 2 literas en el pasillo y un sofá cama. Capacidad para 4 a 6 personas cómodamente.

La mejor característica de la unidad es el amplio y privado patio directamente en la playa. La mesa de teca, las sillas y el salón con cojines son perfectos para cenas al atardecer, tomar el sol o observar a los delfines. Si tienes hijos, puedes verlos construir castillos de arena desde la cubierta.

La unidad I de Leeward II se encuentra en el primer piso de un edificio de 9 unidades ubicado en la hermosa Seagrove Beach, en el Panhandle de Florida, a pocos kilómetros de la famosa comunidad costera. También se encuentra cerca de los mejores restaurantes y tiendas, así como de una cafetería y un bar de vinos. Este es un hallazgo real. Las compras están a 20 minutos en Pier Park o visitar los centros comerciales de San Destin a 30 minutos en coche hacia el oeste. Seaside está a 2 millas de distancia y tiene la mayor cantidad de actividades para adultos y niños. Se pueden alquilar bicicletas para el salto corto a Seaside. Explore las 26 millas de bicicleta / sendero para caminar a lo largo de 30A.

Great Place to Stay

We absolutely loved staying at Sweet Tea. The location was amazing. First level beach access was definitely a plus! We had a great time. The neighborhood was very peaceful and quiet. We had a great vacation and would definitely book there again.

Tiny slice of heaven

Perfect location! Steps to the beach. Needs some updates, outdoor furniture and cushions could use a cleaning, and the mattress on the pull out couch is odorous, but we didn’t spend much time inside when the beach is steps away! Would rent again.

Came in leeward II for the 3rd or 4th time. Love that location close from everything. Best private beach. Not packed at all. Sleeps 6 comfortably. That unit with the patio is so practical right on the send. Will come back for sure.

Fantastic Condo on the beach!!!

We rented Sweet Tea for 7 days and could not have been happier with the accommodations. The condo is perfectly situated right on the beach with a fantastic deck that looks out at the ocean with two lounge chairs and a four seat dining table. The unit was very clean and modern and had all the amenities we needed. The beach chair rental kiosk was just outside the property which made it very easy to rent beach chairs/umbrellas. I gave this an overall rating of 4 installed of 5 for two reasons: 1. The shower door does not shut completely which floods the bathroom floor and rug. You have to point the shower head basically against the wall to reduce the amount of water that goes outside of the shower. 2. The bed and mattress in the bedroom needs to be replaced. The bed makes all kinds of noise any time you roll over, waking your partner. And there are huge divots in the mattress that you roll into, making it not very comfortable. Outside of those two issues, we had no complaints!!!

Did not enjoy this unit

This unit does not have much good I can say about it. The shower floods the bathroom unless you turn the shower head to the corner and then you have to crouch down to wash. A simple fix is to put a rub strip on the bottom of the glass shower door to keep the water from running out. There are no towel bars for you to hang your towels to dry, it appears there once was one on the wall but I guess they can’t spare 5 minutes to put it back up. The rugs should be thrown out as they are falling apart. There were giant 4” palmetto bug roaches to which I called about and was told they aren’t roaches. The reply I was given was that she would call the HOA and tell them they need to spray, a little too late for that!! I didn’t even want to be in there after dark let alone sleep there as I was petrified of these critters and I certainly didn’t want any bugs coming home with me. The outside deck is being held together by quite a bit of duct tape and the outdoor rug is shredded to pieces. All of these things are super simple and very inexpensive fixes. The only thing this has going for it is the beautiful beach that you just walk down to from the deck. We stayed on the beach from sunrise to sunset and that was wonderful.

Awesome Beach Access

Our top priority is convenience to the beach. Sweer Tea II exceeded our expectations. The unit is cozy and well furnished. It could stand some paint touch-up and a few other deferred maintenance items being addressed. A basic TV cable package would have been nice. My wife and I are not big into streaming. Also, if you are supplying your own chairs you will battle the "beach service company" for a prime water front location.

Love it!!!

I go to leeward 1 or 2 every year and looooove the location!!!! Close to everything and gorgeous beach and water. This unit is perfect with a huge patio that makes everything easy with kids. Beach access right there!!! The kitchen needs a good cleaning though (sticky cabinets and handles). And the bathroom needs some update (walls, and add towel hangers). But overall very very good unit and location. Will go back for sure!!!

Nice but get ready for a fight for your spot on the beach

While the property is nice and right on the beach be prepared to wake up on your vacation at 6:00 am to put out your personal belongings if you do NOT rent the chairs from a rental company. We had to fight for a spot on our private beach that we paid $4,000 to stay at! Apparently the chair rental company and a contract with Leeward I and according to Nick (at the rental place) she forces these kids to put out rental chairs because she doesn’t want people’s personal belonging on the beach! IF sweet tea provided these chairs then you won’t have a problem but sweet tea doesn’t provide chairs unless you rent them. All week long it was a battle to sit where we wanted!! Another issue is the shower door doesn’t stay shut so the bathroom floor get SOAKED! Upon arrival we thought the door was locked and could not get into the room and had to call the after hour property manager. He called us back and informed us that maintenance had installed the door handle upside down!! After a LONG day of driving that was the last thing we wanted to encounter upon arrival. One more thing if you want to eat out be prepared to drive an hour (bc of traffic) back into Destin bc this place is located around nothing but a Tom Thumb! For the money that it costs to stay in a room/kitchen the fight and headaches were NOT worth it!!!!!!!

Amazing

Love this place. I always look for somewhere around this area and I’m so glad this one was available. The ground floor deck is an AWESOME perk. Literally steps away from the sand so if you forget something up in the condo, you don’t have to go a mile back to the room to grab it. Couldn’t have asked for better!

Great location and property

Smooth and easy check-in process. The property was fantastic, convenient to the beach and close to all the restaurants and shops. The only downside was the back porch being a worksite for the first 24hrs of the trip and losing access due to saws and ladders spanning the deck. Unfortunately, the rental company didn't communicate this in advance, but it was a minor hiccup on an otherwise great trip. We would stay here again.

Spring break

We booked the condo for a few days during spring break...it was myself, my teenage daughter and one of her friends. They were so thrilled with the "asthetics" of the condo.So cute and had everything we needed. The back patio was amazing and you literally have 9 steps to the beach. The location is great...we rented bikes and they biked to both seaside and The Big Chill. Would definitely recommend.

Great location!

Great location with large back patio to sit and enjoy the ocean. Very small condo with only 1 bathroom but the location is perfect. The laundry facilities are shared so keep that in mind when booking. Kitchen was well stocked and linens clean. Everything is white including couch and chair so avoid Cheetos!

The best location!

The location is 100% why we love to stay in this building. You can step off the back deck to the sand. We love the ease in hanging out at the beach, coming back for lunch or taking a tired kiddo back. It cannot be beat. It is a small condo with one bathroom but it has been updated. And again - the reason you stay at this location is for THE LOCATION! 😍 We did have a small issue with the property manager. We let them know that there was some stains on the couch cover. They responded right away to let us know that it wasn’t washed after the last visitor but told us we wouldn’t be charged for the stains. However after seeing more stains under the pillows I asked if either we could launder it ourself or if it could be changed out and they never responded back the entire week we were there. But that’s the property management not location.

Sweet Tea was perfect for my short girls trip with my mom and aunt! The location was perfect and the ease of access to the beach was my favorite part!! 5 or 6 steps out your door and your feet are in the sand! And being on the the 30A and so close to Seaside was just perfect!! Some things that could have been better were the cleanliness of the couch and matching chair. They were white and visibly quite dirty. The beach chairs provided were very dirty and rusty/corroded so we went and bought our own. We had to leave them behind so hopefully the next guests were able to benefit from them. Also, I think our unit was the only one in the building that didn’t come with two chairs and an umbrella set up on the beach each day which was a bummer but not a deal breaker. Overall, I would definitely stay here again!!!
