Whether you feel like hitting the beach or relaxing by the pool, we have it all for you. Grill out or hang out at the beautiful and huge resort style community pool, complete with multiple grills and ample seating/deck area.
Pool is heated during the months of Oct/Nov & Mar/April. Currently not heated during the months of Dec/Jan/Feb.
Hang out w/ friends and family directly across the street at the The Hub. Choose from numerous food places or grab drinks while watching the game on the huge screen while the kids run around.
Get your exercise or enjoy the scenery w/ the dedicated non motorized paved trail.
Or hit up all the shops, grab food or drinks nearby in Rosemary Beach, Seacrest, Seaside or any of the other famous and unique beach towns.
6 person custom street legal golf cart to enjoy some fresh air and take in the sites as you cruise down 30A. Golf cart can do the entire stretch of 30A and can be used to go to the beach, shopping, eating or whatever as long as on a road of 35 mph or less (which is all the roads in 30A area).
There is also a Beach Shuttle that runs between Labor day and Memorial day.
3 beach access points within 3-7 mins of the house. Several more within 10-12 mins. All have either street parking or dedicated parking lots. Enjoy passing the beautiful inland dune lakes on the way. There are only 4 places in the world that have inland dune lakes and 30A is the only one on this side of the planet.
