Prestige - private pool and A/A near the sea
Spacious and comfortable villa with a large private pool located in the exclusive Son Bauló urbanization, on the outskirts of C'an Picafort. Ideal for groups and families, even 2 small families with children.
It is located on the outskirts of the town, which is ideal for those who do not want to go too far from the town, but without being in the bustling center.
Our beautiful accommodation lends itself to a pleasant stay without the need for a rental car, as you can walk to both the supermarket (LIDL – 200 m.) and the beach, the sea, bars and restaurants (no more of 700 m.). There are also bus and taxi stops very close.
The house has a ground and upper floor and in all its rooms it has hot/cold air conditioning.
Through the main door we enter directly into a large, very bright living-dining room. It has direct access and views to the pool and garden.
In another large room we find the kitchen connected to a living room where there is a Smart TV with channels in all languages. It also has two direct exits to the garden and pool. The kitchen is fully equipped, there is even a faucet with osmosis purified water. With it you save having to buy and carry water bottles from the supermarket.
The ground floor is completed by a bathroom with shower and a bedroom with two single beds.
A small staircase that starts from the kitchen leads down to the garage, located on the -1 floor. There is a table tennis table and a small bathroom with a shower. There is also the laundry room with a washing machine and dryer. The garage is not available to store cars, since the entrance is not very suitable, but there is always plenty of parking on the street and of course free.
On the upper floor we find the rest of the bedrooms, one of them the main one with a dressing room and en-suite bathroom. Two other bedrooms and another full bathroom. Two bedrooms also have a ceiling fan.
Outside, everything is designed to make the most of the good weather and heat. There are two porches with comfortable sofas and a pergola with a large outside table right next to the barbecue. The pool has 22 m2 and a depth of 1.40 m. at 1.70 m. in the deepest part. The water purification system works with salt. There is also an outside shower.

stunning villa
stunning villa, photos don't do the villa justice, everything wonderful, restaurants and beach walkable, maximum 25 minute walk, though restaurants closer if wanted. lidl for shopping 2-3 minute walk. Pool was lovely, indoor and outside of the villa amazing. would definitely recommend

For ett nydelig sted❤️ Vi har vært 2 familier i dette hjemmet(6stk) og vi har hatt veldig god plass. Bilder og beskrivelser i annonsen stemte veldig godt med virkeligheten! Nesten ingen støy fra omgivelsene. Der var litt byggestøy fra nabotomt, med det gjorde ingenting. Litt musikk på formiddagene fra nabohotellet men det var bare friskt🙂 Om kveldene var det helt rolig! Litt trafikkstøy fra rommene ut mot hovedvei, men det var heller ikke noe problem. Godt utstyrt kjøkken og rikelig med aircondition i nesten alle rom. Bassenget og området rundt var heilt nydelig! Sol fra alle kanter hele dagen🌞 Alt i alt var dette et utrolig flott opphold. Kan virkelig anbefale dette hjemmet😍 Vi kommer gjerne tilbake hit!!!

Also bei offenen Fenster ist 6.00 Uhr die Nacht vorbei. Wir waren tagsüber eher selten im Ferienhaus und damit war das für uns zwar nicht ideal aber akzeptabel.

Sogar die Messer waren scharf 😅 Das Haus war sauber und Agentur und Vermieter sehr gut zu erreichen und sehr entgegenkommendt. Nur die Lage war nicht optimal. Das Ferienhaus ist zwar nur 300 m vom Lidl 800 m vom Strand entfernt, liegt aber an einer stark befahrenen Straße. Also bei offenen Fenster ist 6.00 Uhr die Nacht vorbei. estuvimos muy a gusto
estuvimos muy a gusto. casa muy grande y habitaciones espaciosas con aire acondicionado en todas ellas. cocina muy bien equipada, dos salones amplios. por poner una única pega del viaje la vitro cerámica quemaba al tocar los botones y la puerta del garaje no se podía abrir. la casera muy agradable, la empresa muy seria y correcta. lugar muy bueno el cual estaba muy bien comunicado, sitios muy bonitos cerca de la casa. Recomendable ir con coche. sin duda experiencia repetible.
