Spacious and comfortably furnished holiday home for 5 people near the beach.

This attractive house is located in the popular holiday resort of Can Picafort and is only a few minutes' walk from the wonderful beach. Supermarkets, restaurants and many shopping possibilities are also nearby.
The holiday home is equipped with 3 bedrooms (one with a double bed and two others with 2 single beds each), which are all on the upper floor and two bathrooms with WC and shower, one of them on the ground floor and the second one on the upper floor. The holiday home has room for 5 people.
The open living/dining area with comfortable sofas and fan invites you to linger. You don't have to miss TV and WLan during your well-deserved holiday.
The kitchen is fully equipped including a washing machine.

You can spend relaxing evenings on the veranda and the terrace, where comfortable seating and deck chairs are ready for you. On the BBQ you can spoil your family and friends with a Mediterranean dinner.

Jederzeit wieder

Schönes, gepflegtes Haus, alles, was man brauchen könnte ist vorhanden. Reichlich Sitzmöglichkeiten im Garten, sowohl in der Sonne, als auch im Schatten. FĂŒr uns herausragend war die Lage. Strand, Supermarkt, Restaurants, alles in wenigen Minuten erreichtbar. FĂŒr Ruhesuchende eventuell nicht geeignet, das Haus liegt an der Straße von Alcudia nach Arta, aber uns hat es nicht gestört.
