Also - for renters looking for properties that sleep more then 6 people, our Capitola Breeze Condo (Listing# 1469178) is right next door and sleeps up to 6 people so if you have a large party (more then 5 people) you can rent both condos and the back patios can connect through a gate in the back fence (which can be opened if renting both units).
