The location of my room did not have any good views and the balcony on second floor was too tiny. If I had known the balcony/patio on 1st floor was bigger I would have chosen that. Also, when using HVAC unit all my allergies acted out, which tells me that the filter has not been cleaned out in who knows how long.

The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and while the room was comfortable, it had a slightly dark and worn appearance due to the old curtains, and it could have been cleaner. The bathtub had some hair in it, indicating it wasn't fully clean. The continental breakfast offered limited options and could use some enhancement. Overall, my stay was worth the price for that Monday night; however, I found the rate for the following night to be too high for the value offered. The location has great potential.

The room had a musty smell to it and it was dark (ground floor room). Our patio only had one plastic chair. We asked the front desk if it would be possible to get another chair so two of us could sit outside on the patio, but we were told "no" there were no other chairs. However, the room was clean, and the staff was friendly. It served its purpose, but it was pretty no thrills.

Management was extremely rude unprofessional and just unkind. The man accused me of trying to pull something when I asked for some time to check out as I arrived at the hotel at about or past midnight and I needed more time to wake up. He then proceeded to blacklist me from the hotel and I honestly would like my money back because the experience was so bad I'd rather stay in my car as uncomfortable as that may be. I also left a jacket behind with my medication in the pocket and have not gone back to request it or to check if it was in Lost and found because I'm afraid of how this person will behave
