The swimming pool and jacuzzi were extremely dirty. Complimentary breakfast was uninspiring. Waffles and bananas along with juice and coffee. Not pleasant if staying for 3 days as we did. Room cleaning every 3rd day was shocking and we were very disappointed 😔

Our stay at the hotel over all was great. The location from the hotel to the beach was just 10mins walking distance so that was super convenient. The room was clean however there was a funky smell that was a bit overpowering. Might have been the rug. My only complaint was the bad odor of the room. I brought scented spray and opened the balcony slide door. The staff was welcoming and accommodating.

Hot tub was filled with brown/green foamy sludge water. Homeless person found trying to camp near our ground floor room. Our Room was next too the laundry room and smelled like cat urine and must. Deck off room flooded and filled with water so we couldn't even use deck. Wrote the hotel a week ago and zero response.

Room was clean and well stocked. Offering a room with 3 queen beds is a wonderful set up and worked perfectly for our family. Staff was friendly and helpful and location is fabulous. I only wish there was no smoking at all on the property. I had a one year old with me and I didnt want her inhaling the smoke. I was unable to enjoy my balcony as people were smoking near the pool and parking lot.

Recent refurbished room. Comfortable bed, nice shower. Internet access spotty, but 5g signal fine. The value of this hotel experience exceeds expectations. Besides the cool looking cozy furnishings, the staff is there to answer questions with a smile, glad to help. An innovative breakfast is included with waffles, yogurt, fresh fruits & pastries. We will be back.
