Reclamo formal por problemas con hotel y coche rentado – solicitud de reembolso.Estimados,Me comunico para presentar un reclamo formal relacionado con mi reciente viaje reservado a través de Expedia, el cual incluyó hotel y renta de coche.Lamentablemente, tuvimos dos situaciones serias que afectaron de forma significativa nuestra experiencia:Problemas con el hotel (Embassy) Durante nuestra estancia, la habitación nunca fue limpiada adecuadamente. Solo una vez pasaron a “limpiar”, pero el resto de los días no retiraron basura ni cambiaron toallas o papel higiénico. Tuvimos que solicitar estos artículos en repetidas ocasiones. La habitación fue reservada para 6 personas y únicamente nos proporcionaron 4 toallas.El baño se encontraba en malas condiciones: la tina se llenaba de agua inmediatamente al bañarnos y no drenaba correctamente. Además, al mover ligeramente las camas para buscar un objeto personal, encontramos una gran cantidad de suciedad debajo de ellas y en otras áreas de la habitación. Estas condiciones fueron insalubres e inaceptables y afectaron nuestro descanso durante toda la estancia.Problemas con la renta de coche Al acudir al aeropuerto para recoger el coche rentado, no nos fue entregado. Se nos indicó que el vehículo asignado era para 5 personas, aun cuando desde la reserva había especificado claramente que éramos 6 pasajeros. El local cerró sin importar dejarnos en la calle sin conocer a mis hijas y mi pasadas las 2 de La mañana. Nunca utilizamos el coche

The hotel itself looks amazing! Staff were very friendly and helpful. Very cleaned as soon as you entered. However once we got into our rooms the amazing entrance was gone. Our couch had visible stains, bathroom door paint was coming off, door handle coming off. Bathroom itself looked like a really bad motel. Our toilet wouldn’t flushed properly and had to call 3 times to get somebody to get it flushed. Room was cleaned.

Positives are room was clean and good condition. Negatives are shampoo, conditioner, toiletries, and tissues were not filled ready for new guests, we ended up have to come down to the lobby and asked for those items. They should have been filled and have extra toilet roll and tissue boxes. Another thing is there was no small trash bin in the room and suite, only trash bin in the bathroom, which was kind of annoying. Overall, it was a good place.

Could not check us in until 6:30 pm! Bathroom door was falling off of the hinges, construction material left in the hallways, people were smoking in their rooms on our floor and noone did anything to correct that. Front desk staff are terrible to top it all off !! We ended up moving our entire Volleyball team to a different hotel. DO NOT STAY HERE !!!!

We stayed 4 nights and the whole time They were doing some kind of renovations directly above our room and drilling all day starting early morning, waking us up. The house keeping/service was seriously lacking sometimes they came and replaced towels but never replenished coffee/ sugar, didn’t make beds.

The hotel is okay. The staff were friendly and courteous. Five minutes from the airport, the shuttle only runs 9-5 M-F, so that was a bit of a bummer. The breakfast was GREAT. The floors were shiny and clean. They need a plant person on staff as their plants and plant spaces were lacking and thirsty. The bed was very comfortable. The room amenities were nice. They were having issues with the roof as it was raining and leaks were being managed. The architecture was lovely!!! The hotel structure and set-up were inviting and visually delightful.

If it weren't for the staff at this property, I probably would rate everything 1 star. The hotel was a bit outdated for my liking. When we entered the room, there was a random puddle in the floor in the middle of the room. No idea where it came from. The toilet seat was loose but maintenance did comd in within 10 minutes of me telling the front desk and they fixed it. The bathtub faucet was basically running the whole time we were there even though we turned the knob all the way off. One other thing, the extra blanket, when we pulled it out of the drawer, there was a big stain on it. The front desk did replace it. But still, gross. Also, during our stay, there was construction ongoing. I don't remember seeing any notification of this before booking but they did have signs at the hotel. The winner was definitely the omelet station at breakfast. All hotels should have this service. Oh and the pool. I love the after hours. From 10pm-12am the pool is open for adults only.
