'Villa Bini Mapa' with Pool, Terrace, Garden & Wi-Fi
Villa Mapa is a spectacular modern style house, which has been recently completely renovated both inside and outside, using exclusive and perfect materials for extraordinary finishes. This magnificent villa is located in the area of Binibeca Nou, in the south of the island, in the area of San Luis and only about 700 m from the wonderful white sandy beach and crystal clear waters of Binibeca Nou.
The villa Mapa consists of a main house with 3 double bedrooms, each with its own ensuite bathroom. It has a living dining area and open kitchen equipped with all the necessary appliances to make your stay perfect. Outside you will find a separate construction with 2 additional suites with double beds and bathrooms in each of them, making a total of 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms.
It has a covered terrace with wooden table and chairs, a nice big garden with lawn, large 12x5 pool, sunbathing area with sun loungers and umbrella. On the roof area you will find a solarium terrace with sofas and sea view.
There's a baby cot available free of charge, and a high chair for a fee. A second baby cot is available, if requested, for a fee.
Pets are not allowed.
