Location:
This attractive house is situated a few minutes walk from a popular supermarket and fine dining restaurants in S'Uestra. The beaches of Binibeca and Binisafúa are approximately 4 minutes drive from the house, as is the town of Sant Lluís. Vehicle is necessary.

Exterior:
The property has been constructed with great attention to detail using traditional materials to recreate, with modern comfort, the typical Menorcan country house style. The gardens are spacious (approximately 11,000 square metres) and the pool is situated to the east of the house and measures 10m x 5m. The grounds are full of olive trees and there are many quiet areas where you can sit in the shade and relax. There is also a stone barbeque, ideal for al fresco dining.

The house is very spacious and is furnished with quality and comfortable furniture.

Main house (two levels) for 10 people:
Ground Floor: lounge/dining room and kitchen (both with access to exterior porch), 1 double bedroom (1,60m) with air conditioning, 2 twin bedrooms, 1 full bathroom, 1 shower room, 1 cloak room and the utility room.
First Floor: 1 double (1,60m) with bathroom en-suite and 1 double bedroom (1,50m) with shower room en-suite. Both bedrooms have access to a balcony with nice country views.
All the bedrooms have ceiling fans.

Casita annex for 2 people:
Located 100m from the main house: porche, lounge room, 1 double bedroom, 1 shower room and small kitchen.
