This modern and surprisingly spacious chalet is located near the Kreischberg ski area, in a new and modern alpine resort, in the particularly versatile Murau-Kreischberg holiday region. The house works through the large high living room very spacious and therefore exudes a wonderful tranquillity. Of course, the house is very fully furnished and thus equipped with all amenities for a wonderful holiday. The centre of St. Lorenzen and the lifts and slopes are within walking distance.

This chalet is a semi-detached house. In summer you can enjoy the mild evenings on the partly covered and cosy terrace. Parking spaces are of course available.

In winter, a wonderful and snow-sure family skiing area with over 40 km of slopes is at your disposal, as well as 14 lifts and a fun park. For cross-country skiers and winter hikers there are of course also numerous possibilities here. Fun toboggan rides are also possible here.
In summer you can go hiking in the mountains or cycle along the Mur cycle path. The nature of this region is colourful with green mountains and blue lakes, the offers of the region are just as colourful. From workshops to adventure hikes in the Murau mountains, traditional festivals and extensive cultural programmes - there is something for every holiday guest.
In summer as well as in winter, there is a lot on offer here for active holidaymakers. Since this region has not yet been discovered by mass tourism, you can enjoy the peace and quiet and relax very well.
This house has a partnership with the golf course in Murau/Kreischberg: therefore, as a guest, you receive an attractive green fee reduction on the four golf courses in Lungau/Murtal/Mariahof and Murau

Because of the peace and quiet and possible neighbours, noise nuisance after 22:00 hour is not allowed/prohibited in this holiday home
