The property is presently being renovated, and we look forward to seeing the finished product. The Front Desk Supervisor, Imran Peera, is excellent. He is professional, courteous, and makes guests feel welcome, much like one would find in higher-end hotels in places like New York. We've stayed there before and will definitely be back.

Disappointing

The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is old and the rooms show it especially in the bathroom. Dirty grout and rusting fixtures. Although they have microwaves in the rooms and free breakfast there inly ise paper plates. The entire hotel has no real dishes. Interesting.

Had requested a baby crib ahead of time but was told on arrival none were available. Was told we could go to Walmart & buy one and then return the next morning. I suggested to staff that they go to Walmart & buy the $25 pac-n-play so one would be available for other guests. We picked this hotel due to crib/pac-n-pkay would be available for baby. Very disappointed & would not recommend for parents traveling with baby. Staff on duty did his best to accommodate & was very polite but could do only so much. Too bad he was put in this situation when it was obvious no cribs/ pac-n-play were on property!

Property is dated but clean. My only issue was we didn’t get in until 330 due to flight issues and housekeeping was knocking on the door at 930 and then again at 11 to verify we were still checking out at noon. I was so exhausted it didn’t even cross my mind to put a do not disturb tag on the door but I’ve also never stayed anywhere that they do this
