Enjoy this peaceful craftsman-style home with incredible views of the White Mountains, located on 20 acres of forested land and abutting conservation land with ski trails. The home is solar powered with a backup generator and has Broadband Wi-Fi. Host will be nearby and available to assist with any power or heating related issues/questions.

The home includes two separate living spaces.
Main Living Space / 1st & 2nd floors: The main floor has an open floor plan with a fully equipped kitchen, dining space, living room with a working fireplace, half bath and an attached screen porch and open porch for taking in the panoramic view of the northern mountains of the Sandwich range. The second floor has a full bath, two spacious bedrooms with queen beds and views of the mountains, as well as an office with a full size futon.
Lower Garden Level: Includes a small, fully-equipped kitchen, full bath, small dining table, and a large sectional couch for watching TV, as well as a sleeping alcove with a queen bed, and a twin-over-full bunkbed. Walk out the sliding doors to enjoy the patio next to a beautiful perennial garden. The mudroom and wood burning stove are also on this level and there is an attached woodshed just outside the mudroom door.

There is ample parking on both levels. There is also an outdoor shower surrounded by trees for privacy. The home is located about 2 1/4 miles from Ferncroft Rd. in Wonalancet for access to the popular and challenging Blueberry Ledge Trail to the summit of Whiteface Mtn, about 3 miles to the "Potholes", a popular swimming hole on the Cold River, 8 miles from the center of Center Sandwich, 10 miles to the town beach (Guest Passes available). It's a great location for adventure or relaxation.
