We are located in San Vito Lo Capo in Strada Comunale Mondello n. 41 on the ground floor of one of our buildings that we have renovated and divided into 3 completely independent holiday units (2 three-room apartments and a studio apartment). The area, quiet and with uncontaminated nature, is that of the villas of the Monte Monaco plain, just 1 km from the main beach of the town (15 minutes on foot - car or bike recommended).
The unit in the advertisement (apartment "Arancio") is composed of a living/dining room, American-style kitchenette, 2 double bedrooms with air conditioning, toilet-shower and large covered terrace (30 m2) with a view of the coast, equipped for moments of relaxation and for outdoor dining. The rooms are welcoming and bright with new, modern and complete internal and external furnishings. Equipment: unlimited internet, 32" SAT-TV, hob, refrigerator, electric oven, washing machine, water heater, hairdryer, brick bbq, deckchairs. Free parking within the property area. Accommodation suitable for a family or for 1-2 couples.
Rates refer to 4 people. 10% supplement for each additional person. Maximum capacity 7 people.
