Great VRBO

Everything was perfect. The place was clean and well equipped with everything needed for the stay. Close to pool which we enjoyed in our down time. Would highly recommend this place.

Great Experience and Very Nice Home

We had a great experience staying at this VRBO! The home was very clean, well-kept, and perfect for our family. The host was responsive and easy to communicate with, which made everything smooth from check-in to check-out. The kids loved having games available to play, and although we didn’t use the Xbox, it was great to have that option. Overall, it’s a very nice home and we truly enjoyed our stay. Highly recommend!

Impressive

A very impressive house that is well maintained and had all the upgrades to make it feel like you were staying at your own home (e.g., nice pots/pans, newer mattresses, etc.). As the owner is clear about, they are particular about who stays there and ensuring it's not used as a party house. This felt a bit overbearing as part of the check in (questions about who stays there, how old they are, visitors, etc.). With that said, I see why they do it as it has enabled them to maintain a very, very high-quality rental.

Place was very clean except for the A/C kicking in. Somewhat loud which startled us and then realized that the unit was located up in the attic. Tolerable for the short time. We would stay here again in the future.

The perfect getaway for friends

This place was perfect for us three friends that needed to get away and get in touch with each other. it was so clean. The common area made it possible for us to come together in the mornings and just have a coffee and talk and in the afternoons we can we came together and just wind down. Spring visit to San Tan

Beds were comfy. All essentials were available for use. Space was just right for meals and meal prep. A big master bedroom and bathroom. Huge walk-in closet to help with packing and unpacking. Neighbors were mindful of others.

GREAT place!!

This was one of the best rental properties I have ever stayed in! The house was exceptionally clean and very spacious! Wonderful beds with super comfortable mattresses and pillows (Sleep Number in the master bedroom). Plenty of bath towels. Extra blankets in the closet. A white noise machine in the master bedroom! The kitchen had EVERYTHING you could possibly need! VERY well furnished. Nice neighborhood. Definitely recommend!!

Very nice property. It was comfortable and spacious. We thought there was going to be a grill but there wasn’t. They did have barking dogs in the neighborhood that were somewhat annoying, but the property was convenient and very comfortable. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!!

My daughter and I stayed at the house for 8 days. The house was neat and clean when we arrived. The kitchen was amply supplied with just about anything we might need, even paper/plastic products such as cling wrap, waxed paper and foil. There were even bag clips for resealing food bags. I especially appreciated the nightlights in various areas, the luggage rack in each bedroom closet and the wealth of clothes hangers provided. It was evident that the owner had put a lot of thought into the possible needs and comfort of anyone using the house. It was a 3-bedroom house. Being just the two of us, we only used the Master bedroom and one of the other bedrooms. We were also very pleased with the parking. There was an attached garage with space for one car. There was also ample parking in the driveway. If we were to find anything that was not perfect, it would be the size of the chairs in the kitchen and seating in the living room. We both have short legs. The chairs at the kitchen island and dining table were higher than usual. It felt as though we were children sitting at the adults chairs. There was a nice double recliner and a large couch in the living room. Both had two reclining parts. But the seats of this furniture were longer than usual, so you had to scoot back in order to relax. Also, the placement of the lockbox was somewhat inconvenient. Still, these two things do not lower the rating of this house, in our opinion. We still believe it deserves a 5-Star rating.

The property met our expectations. Beautiful and functional. There were a few minor inconveniences that were reported to the property manager(s). Their response was somewhat slower than expected - too many cooks in the stew. The lockbox would be more readily accessible if located on the front door - especially for guests arriving at night. Generally speaking a very good visit.
