Everything is marvelous; just a little Bathroom 🚽 issue with clog and unable to Flush ; which ruined the whole things . But other than all that the hotel is beautiful; spacious parking, beautiful garden .

The hotel feels clean which is very important and the room was very comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was very good but the coffee would need serious improvement. The coffee was not very good and was cold.

One window glass fell down by self and the hotel charges 25 dollars and wasn’t our fault😳. Other glasses look like br paste with glue, so it’s seems was damage before.

Terrible

El hotel se encontraba en remodelación, es entendible algunos inconvenientes, pero el aire acondicionado no funcionó ninguna de las 2 noches que estuvimos y eso si fue incómodo ya que solo llegamos a dormir y lo que necesitábamos era descansar tranquilos, se reportó muchas veces y no se solucionó el problema. A la hora de retirarnos tampoco había sistema para que nos generaran nuestro respectivo comprobante fiscal, y la persona no sabía a quien llamar cuando expusimos el disgusto.
