We love to walk while on vacation. The location was close to everything in town, yet quite.

Yvette the property manager is extraordinary!!! The room was everything we needed. We were treated like family.

This is where we will stay next time. The only change would be to try Tropic Air because the entrance to their counter is directly across the street and we would not need to carry our bags several blocks. We walked to everything. The dive shop (Amigos del Mar), restaurants, the ferry. There is an Indian place right next to it, Oh! Bombai. We ate there the first night because we were tired and hungry, we ate there every additional night because it was the best Indian food we’ve ever had. Our room was WAY better than we expected. Not bait and switch. Clean, spacious, eclectic, quaint, charming. The host is great and very helpful. It is an extreme value.

Nice, no frills stay.

The property is nice. There are no resort extras, which we were happy about. Just a room with a kitchen, exactly what we were looking for. Nice staff, great location.

The room was very nice and clean. Kaitlynn was amazing as our host. Continuous communication before we arrived and were super flexible when we had to change our dates of arrival by a day due to a scheduling conflict. They offer everything from local booking of activities and golf carts to advice on restaurants. Bed was soft for my liking but that is just me. We used the out front beach chairs but found it to be too hot with no access to shade. Planting some palm trees around the property would be amazing for shade or at the least have umbrellas to escape the blazing sun. Water out front is nice. We felt totally comfortable and safe.

Relaxing Get Away

This studio apartment was clean & comfortable. Kaitlynn was super helpful and attentive. She organized our excursions and our golf cart. This location is superb. Short walk to many restaurants & over-the-water Palapa bars, sandy beach, town, and to our excursion company. We had a very relaxing stay.

Belize winter get away.

Property is right on the beach in San Pedro. Great access to the beach and restaurants. Our room was clean and functional. Staff on site are fabulous, thanks to Yvette and her team, made our holiday great. Ray & Elaine

Excellent stay

Easy access to everything. Very comfortable. Always able to reach someone if needed. They arranged for our golf cart and put us in touch with great tour group. Definitely would return.

We stayed in the studio and it was perfect for our 5 day stay and had everything we needed. Management was excellent and Kaitlynn our concierge for the property was super helpful, very easy to communicate with and was extremely helpful in arranging transportation and offering information. I would 100% stay here again.

I love staying here because it's right in the middle of town-- easy to walk up or down the beach and find plenty of things to do. It's not fancy but if you're a pretty laid back, unfussy person or couple who enjoys simple pleasures and finds beauty everywhere, you'll love staying here.
