Cactus apartment one step away from the sea

San Miguel Village is a residential complex located in Golf del Sur with seawater heated pool, in front of the sea and surrounded by a promenade. Our modern apartment is fully equipped and composed of a functional kitchen open to a living room, a double bedroom, a shower room and a terrace perfect for sunbathing. There is high speed WiFi and Smart TV with an international channels system. We are in a quiet yet centric location, close to the main attractions. Perfect for couples and families!

Guests will enjoy of a wonderful and modern ground floor apartment:
- Kitchen: It’s very functional and fully equipped with all cooking utensils for 4 guests (coffee pot, fridge, freezer, glass ceramic hob, oven, toaster, pots, pans, cutlery, dishwasher and washing machine).
- Living room: A bright space composed of a comfortable sofa (it simply folds out to becomes a double bed), a Smart TV with its stand and the main table with chairs. Windows are blackout at night*
- Double bedroom: Spacious and comfortable double bed.
- Shower room: Full equipped shower room with toilet and sink.
- Terrace: Sunny area with a table, chairs a sunshade, sunbeds and barbecue perfect for cooking.

Everything is designed to the guests’ holidays, you just need to enjoy and relax. For this reason, we supply fresh mattress bases, beddings, blankets, pillows and towels. Moreover, we provide unlimited high speed WiFi and an International TV system (English, French, German, Russian… channels). We have private parking spot for those who want to hire a car. We can supply a high chair and a cot for babies (let us know before, please). It’s not necessary that travellers bring their towels, they will have fresh pool and shower towels available. Furthermore, we provide salt, pepper, olive oil, vinegar, coffee, tea and cleaning products (detergent and fabric softener are included).

We do not live on this complex, but we live close. We are at your disposal if something unexpected comes up, help or questions. You just need to contact us. We almost always interact with our guests. We love to make them feel welcome and at home, show them the complex and share our knowledge of the great places to go in our beautiful area. Let me know if you don't want to interact with me and I'll leave you alone quickly :) Gaspar or Mitzzi are responsible to checking in and out our guests, they speak Spanish, French, a little bit of English and Catalan.

lovely modern apartment, with everything that was required., close to all facilities, shops , buses etc, a very hospitable owner ( GASPAR) always on call to help and assist with any requirements we had. a real 5 star treat !

Peaceful and homely.

This is a lovely apartment. Spotless, comfortable and very homely. Gaspar was very helpful, considerate and friendly. Great location right by the sea with fresh warm wind and walk along the coast. No view from within the apartment unfortunately. The area is very quiet with appropriate local services. A recommended and excellent choice for a quiet peaceful break

Loved the property

The property was very modern and very clean. It was in the centre of everything. The owners were very helpful and looked after us. Wir haben eine tolle Zeit auf Teneriffa mit unserem kleinen Sohn (9 Monate) verbracht und wurden sehr herzlich von den Vermietern empfangen. Das Appartement ist sehr schön eingerichtet, der ummauerte Ausenbereich zum Essen und Austoben für den Kleinen ideal. Direkt am Meer gelegen, mit Supermarkt und Restaurants in der Nähe. Kleines Manko: Man hört gelegentlich den Flugverkehr. Wir empfehlen diese Unterkunft sehr gerne weiter!

Excellent property and location

Both Mitxi and Xavi were very helpful from the moment of making the booking. Great service. The apartment was perfect for a couple, very clean and modern and in a perfect location. Lovely communal pool 2 minutes walk from property, 5 minutes walk to San Blas where you will find a supermarket and plenty of bars and restaurants. 10 minute walk to Los Abrigos, lovely Spanish harbour with lots of great fish restaurants.

Unterkunft zum Wohlfühlen

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das Apartment war liebevoll und gemütlich eingerichtet und es hat an nichts gefehlt. Die Abwicklung war hervorragend und man hat sich bereits vor Beginn der Anreise Willkommen gefühlt. Die Familie ist sehr herzlich und stand schon vor Anreise für Fragen zur Verfügung. Trotzdem wurde die Privatsphäre komplett toleriert. Wir können die Unterkunft nur empfehlen. Wir haben uns erholt und uns sehr heimisch gefühlt. Vielen Dank an Dolores, die uns herzlich empfangen hat und alles gezeigt hat. Ein großer Dank geht vor allem an Xavi. Vielen Dank für den freundlichen und persönlichen Kontakt und für die Herzlichkeit.

Fantastic apartment. Highly recommended!

We enjoyed a fantastic 10 night stay at this property. It was easy to find and a good location for local shops and restaurants. We loved the pool which was heated and had a really friendly lifeguard who was great with the kids. We enjoyed cooking and relaxing at the apartment. It was a good space for young kids. Everything was very clean and well appointed. Lovely welcome food and wine was very much appreciated after a long flight! The hosts were super helpful and nice. They recommended a number of good local restaurants which we enjoyed. Thanks to Gaspar and Mitzzi for looking after us! Highly recommended.

Well located, comfortable and with everything needed for a holiday

This apartment is situated in the middle of San Miguel village, one of the best developments on this stretch of coast. It consists of low-rise, attractive houses in beautifully maintained surroundings, facing the coast promenade, with one of the best pools I have ever experienced on holiday anywhere - in a sheltered spot in an attractive garden on the coast. Everything one needs (bars, some good restaurants and shops) is within easy walking distance and the charming little fishing port of Los Abrigos is just 10 to 15 minutes walk to the north along the coast. Though the path is stony, work is currently being done to upgrade it. I had originally planned to hire a car, but the bus system is so good that it really wasn't necessary unless one wants to explore the far end of Tenerife island. A shop in the nearby San Las commercial centre sells travel cards for the Titsa bus company, and this can be topped up with credit as and when required. Because of the heavy traffic in South West Tenerife, and the difficulty finding parking, using the buses is far less stressful, and much less expensive. Provided you have a smartphone, an app can be downloaded from Titsa which gives details of the next hour of arrivals, in real time, at any stop one chooses. This is a must because of the delays to the service caused by traffic in Los Cristianos - where the main routes originate - and by the large number of elderly visitors using the buses, who can be slow boarding and exiting!). Bus companies in the UK should learn from the excellent service of Titsa, including the use of screens in the bus to tell you the name of the next stop, very useful when returning in the dark. The area of Golf del Sur is mainly residential and is very popular with British and German (amongst other nationalities) many of whom have second homes there. The weather in this part of the Island is much drier and warmer than other parts, though the fresh to strong breeze can feel cool (in January/February) when clouds occasionally hide the sun. Despite its closeness to Tenerife Sur airport the noise of aircraft was not really noticeable at the edge of the sea. The apartment is beautifully laid out and decorated, and is well-appointed with everything you need, including washing machine, iron etc. Gaspar and Mitxi, whose house adjoins are marvellous hosts and provide any information you want about where to eat, what to see etc. I was there for 6 weeks and enjoyed the whole experien
