Me encantó este hotel. El lugar es muy bonito y cómodo, pero lo que mås debo resaltar es el servicio... nuestro vuelo llegó un poco tarde (casi 1AM) y ellos nos esperaron muy amables y dispuestos a ayudar. Nuestra habitación fue muy cómoda y el årea muy tranquila, a veces se escucha el tren. Al amanecer es hermoso, puedes ver el lago y los globos aeroståticos. Cuenta con su parqueo privado, agua caliente en baño, såbanas y toallas.

Una estancia increíble, vine por un día y vamos a regresar para fin de año por una semana, el lugar es muy pero muy amplio, las fotos no hacen justicia del lugar tan grande y bonito, a todo el personal desde que llegaste, sonríen, la comida en su restaurant, Don Jose, tal vez la mejor cocina, auténtica mexicana, Norma, JESUS, Jose Manuel, Enrique, Doña, y toda la gente que estuvo muy atenta a nosotros, muy recomendable
