The hotel is not located in the downtown Paso Robles area, which was a drawback for us. The rooms were very clean, and the beds were reasonably comfortable. However, the pillows were thick, lumpy, and quite hard. All three of us woke up with stiff necks. The staff was nice and accommodating, which we appreciated. That said, we would not stay here again unless we brought our own pillows

NORMAN IS AS WARM AND WELCOMING AS HE WAS 4 YEARS AGO WHEN I LAST STAYED AT THIS HOTEL. HE WAS EVEN WILLING TO WORK WITH ME FOR A POTENTIAL REFUND IF I HAD TO LEAVE PASO ROBLES EARLIER THAN MY PLANNED STAY.
