Perfectly situated, just two blocks from the historic Mission San Luis Obispo de Tolosa, this charming 1888 property will immediately make you feel right at home. Winner of an Obispo Beautiful Award, the house has two comfortable bedrooms, two bathrooms, and an office, (Additional detached office/studio available at extra cost)
Hardwood floors, tongue and groove ceilings, and many antiques adorn the house and give it a special old-world ambiance.
The kitchen has all modern, stainless-steel appliances and is the perfect setting for cooking and entertaining.
Awaiting you just outside is a hidden-garden paradise. Three separate wood and flagstone patios, koi ponds with spectacular waterfalls, a stone fire pit, and hundreds of tropical plants provide a romantic secret-garden setting. The many curved serpentine stone walls all are built at sitting height, making them perfect for sitting in the sun or under a shaded tree.
This is a beautiful, one-of-a-kind property centered in the most charming downtown in America.
